NFL 2023: The Week 10 thread

I'm confused how the Niners didn't beat the Giants by more since we destroyed the Cowboys. And they are destroying the Giants.

So weird.

Wink Martindale blitzed Purdy on almost literally every play. Purdy had never seen that. It took time to adjust.

Niners outgained the Giants 441 yards to 150. The game was more lopsided than the score.

Hey, the Falcons blew a lead late in the game. How incredibly unusual.

Falcons and Saints both lose, Bucs win easily. Tampa still has e legitimate shot to get the opportunity to lose by 30 in the Wild Card, the division is wide open, like a dumpster with the lid propped open.

SEA gives up 35yd TD throw on 3rd and 10 with :52 to go.

Ha.

Washington: oh yeah? We can choke even harder!

Rodgers on the side line like he's actually doing something shaking his head is a real value add for the Jets.

We all wanted the Schadenfreude of him playing but this is also pretty tasty.

If he's coming back mid-December then all those people who had conspiracy theories about his injury are going to feel pretty validated.

I feel like this game should just get replaced with a Greg Zuerlein vs Daniel Carlson game of field goal HORSE.

Winner gets a Big Mac.

Aaron Rodgers: I'm coming back in December.

Zach Wilson: Cool buddy.

Pour one out for the 2021 draft QB class.

I will not stand for this Kyle Trask disrespect.

Fortunately for you, I am currently sitting down, so I will accept it.

In one of the most spectacular acts of audacity I've ever seen, I received a PR email at work Monday morning from whatever BonusFinder.com is about "The New York Giants have been crowned as the second most prestigious franchise in the league."

Like I said, I respect the sheer audacity to send that email NOW.

That was a voice transcription error. It was supposed to be “preposterous”.

I tried to go to the website (inquiring minds want to know the only NFL franchise more prestigious than the Giants), and Google Chrome tells me that "attackers might be trying to steal your information, kind of like how Denver's defense keeps taking away the ball from the Bills."

Josh Allen just couldn't let Mac have the league lead in INTs.

that bounce

It's amazing how hard they're both trying to lose the game. At least that 2nd missed PAT means no OT.

Missed kick for the loss, but 12 men on defense. Buffalo loses.

The Bills are officially a .500 team.

Holy sh*t that was like a Thurs night game

Ditto. The Bills just tried a little bit harder.

I really enjoyed watching the Bills kick themselves in the ass over and over. A classic Murphy game.

Guess who just got fired?

Spoiler:

Smells like a scapegoat firing to me.

Maybe the Bills front office needs to look in the mirror and admit to themselves that the team's talent doesn't match their Super Bowl aspirations.

Who are the "weapons" on offense you're afraid of Allen dishing the ball to? Stefon Diggs and.... ? Maybe it's time to stop pretending Gabe Davis is a WR2. Maybe it's time to stop pretending James Cook is a 3-down back. Maybe it's time to stop pretending Khalil Shakir is good for anything besides being half of the Tupac reference in my fantasy team name.

Dalton Kincaid might become a weapon, but he's a rookie tight end, and with 390 yards receiving, he's already ahead of the rookie TE game.

Nate Tice agrees.

I'm not sure Joe Brady (who also got fired as OC mid-season) is much of an upgrade for the Bills. He had some nice schemes but insisted on asking his QBs do things they weren't equipped to do.

Hot take. McDermott gets canned. Daboll gets fired too. Daboll gets the Bills job.

McDermott and Daboll is the Jeff Fisher-Chan Gailey reboot we didn't ask for.

What a score for Buffalo to land last year's Coach of the Year.

The WEEK 11 THREAD.

I don't mean to pick on the Ravens because they're one of the teams I don't hate enjoy watching, but jfc they gotta beat the Browns!
