Well, the Bucs could not stop the Lions on 3rd down, and, even though the defense was pretty good, Detroit was just damn efficient, and holy balls, does Jared Goff look revitalized. Baker wasn't the reason the Bucs lost, but he didn't have a great game; just overthrew two deep balls to rookie Trey Palmer that would have been TDs, had a ball tipped early that if it had hit Evans he'd gone for a long one and that turned into a Detroit FG, and he just couldn't run like he had the first few weeks, largely because @#$!! Detroit's defensive line is good.
But, importantly, Carolina is still Carolina, Desmond Ridder is still Desmond Ridder, and the Saints again couldn't put it away, so, hey, at least the entire division lost.
