Hey all. I've been enjoying Starfield, other than the fact that I crash quite a bit. Sometimes I can play for a few hours, sometimes I crash every other minute. After my most recent session I tried to do a bit of sleuthing. I checked the Windows Event Viewer, and found the following event at exactly the time of my most recent crash. I found it several times earlier as well, around the times I believe I crashed.
I have not knowingly and intentionally installed ScreenConnect. A bit of research shows that it can be used in malware, but is also used in legitimate remote access tech support situations. I do use Skype, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, but other than those should not have any remote support systems installed. I'm running Windows 11.
Is this likely the cause of my game crashes, and more importantly, is this something that I can/should remove from my machine, and if so how?
Thanks in advance.

If you didn’t install that program i would uninstall pronto. It’s very unusual for another program to install a secondary program on a machine.
Did you ever remote into someone’s desktop or have someone remote into yours?
Regardless, remove it and see if it fixes your issue. You can always reinstall the program if you find you need it. Me thinks you don’t.
The weird thing is I can't/couldn't find any app to uninstall, only the service. I did stop the service, and disable it on startup, so hopefully that will kill it. I did find the .exe file for it, and based on the date it looks like it has been there since the day I got the computer. I used to build my own machines, but bought this one custom made from OriginPC. At this point I'm assuming that it's something Origin put on the machine for support purposes, but I'll double check on that.
Hopefully this will also stop the crashing problems I've been having in Starfield!
Thanks for the help.
