Good for Fresno. And Kansas too.

Cards finally receiving more votes. Win at NCSU Friday and should be in

Late, but suck it VT!

And my wife would like to point out to all her ND alum friends that she learned to count to 11 at Ohio State.

Hahahaha...that is excellent. Esp. given all the signs I saw from ND folks about the relative quality of education.

We even learned that at Fresno State. It was a senior level course, but still.

I assume the lawyers got finished dotting the i's and crossing the t's, because Tucker is finally out at MSU.

Cards 5-0 (3-0 ACC).

Bring on Notre Dame. 730 ABC next Sat night already sold out 2 days ago

Is UGA ok?

USC is absolutely going to drop at least two games with that defense.

They're not going to go, like, 6-6, but I will happily bet there is no way in hell they come out of @ND/vs. Utah/vs. Washington/@Oregon undefeated.

At least two L's.

TGFBB!

U$C-Colorado was a 9am west coast kickoff, 10am local time? This is what we all wanted for realignment? I thought our 11am local kickoff at Ole Miss a few years ago was the earlier than normal.. this is just insane.

Also, Cal same record as Colorado now, but we have a conference win. Is Gameday showing up in Berkeley next week?

Welcome to the top 25, Louisville.

Thanks. Looks good for the primetime ABC game Saturday but we'll take it

Kentucky ranked too. Gonna need Georgia to get their sh*t together and fix that.

Side note, Cards and Cats had both never been 3-0 before, much less 5-0. Of course from 1994-2014 they played each other the first game of the season heh.

I think the Dawgs will destroy the cats, and I'm not too worried about Georgia's struggles so far.

Beck has been fine. Bobo has been fine.

OL has not lived up to expectations but our starting RT is out for a few more weeks, and reshuffled right side of the line has not been crisp. Not horrible, just not very consistent.

Defense has been good but not elite. Turns out that Jalen Carter is a pretty impactful player. The DL/OLB have struggled setting the edge. Some of the 5 star young pups might supplant a starter or two by the end of the season.

Dawgs are young enough that they can fumble away one of these games and maybe miss the playoffs. They are also talented enough that if they gel, they could actually pull off the threepeat.

Almost certainly fake.

.........but GOD I wish it wasn't.

Somebody do Florida man in jorts.

*Actually just remembered that was done with AI in that schedule announcement deal this summer.

My Vols are guaranteed not to lose this weekend. Next stretch of games is pretty tough though. A&M, Bama Kentucky, then a less threatening Uconn, followed by currently undefeated Missouri, then Georgia.

I could see three or four losses if our offense doesn't get more consistent. And we lost our most dependable experienced receiver in Bru McCoy to a horrific ankle injury last week.

Positives for the team? The good run game of last year is even better. Three studs. The D-Line seems significantly better on the backs of some young guys that are going to be around for a few years. We just got our center back after some surgery, and in Heupel's offense the center is very important for keeping the pace and calling protections, more so than most offenses.

Negatives: Spotty secondary (still), Milton not living up to the hype. He's OK, just doesn't seem to have command of the offense anywhere like Hooker did. O-Line has had a difficult time replacing the drafted guys from last year, especially with May's out at center up until last week. Lots of key injuries against South Carolina, but hopefully most but Bru can be back before A&M.

Cal's next 5 games.

Oregon State (15)
@Utah (18)
U$C (9)
@Oregon (8)
WSU (13)

5 quality losses should move us into the Other Receiving Votes category, or at least ahead of Colorado?

So I can safely bet on your opponents for a bit?

Jaydn Ott going to wreck all 5 of them.

Now I need to make sure that I have a 2025 1st round dynasty pick that comes before Carl's...

If it's taken you this long to figure out that's its always safe to bet on Cal opponents, then you really haven't been paying attention now have you?

He'll be on everyone's dynasty radar after he transfers to [insert B1G/SEC school here].
