NFL 2022: The playoffs thread

Thompson has been crap and the Dolphins have every chance of winning this game. Amazing.

To be fair, he would look a lot better if the receivers caught the catchable balls.

Like, this isn't as bad as what the Chargers did, and yet, I feel like, if Buffalo loses, giving up 30+ points at home to Skylar Thompson, it almost kinda is?

What is with Miami and not being able to run a play on time?

4th and less than 1, just line up and run QB sneak. Going into the huddle and taking forever to make a playcall? Way to blow it.

Cost em the game for sure.

Aaron Donald edited his Twitter bio to indicate he was retired, then edited it back.

Announcement might be forthcoming soon...

We could've had a cartoon character explaining CTE and cardiac arrest to kids but noooo, we had to promote the streaming service instead of Nickelodeon today.

Housekeeping is going to be pissed with the amount of cleaning required to deal with amount of bed-sh*tting today.

I just looked up to see a pass to Kirk Cousins on 3rd and 1.

(It did not get the first down.)

Delightful. I knew this game was going to be stupid.

Here for all the Kirk Cousins failing.

It causes me mental anguish to actually hope that the NJ Giants win a game, but that's the world we live in.

So far the Vikings are the bigger frauds.

I like Purdy. He has potential. He reminds me of a young Stetson Bennett.

I am absolutely happy with how the game is going so far and DJ is playing well, but holy living sh*t there is a coterie of full-blown Tuanon-level Giants fans out there caping for him. Like, charmin-soft dudes, gawddamn.

He looks like Jim Carey's long lost son.

In a vacuum I want the Giants to win, but in practice I want Minnesota to win so that they go to SF and (probably) Dallas goes to Philly.

Though if Dallas chokes and Tampa advances, I wouldn't mind Brady taking another beating at Levi's.

Weird sh*t happens with Brady in the playoffs. Like multiple rules that let him win games that later get changed so no one else can have those rules. I'd rather just avoid that nonsense

Just say we can't hit the QB anymore. Honestly.

Not only does the extra game water down the team quality but also the ref quality.

Fraud Bowl!

No wonder Cousins is an anti-vaxxer. He can't take big shots in a critical situation.

Remember the Minneapolis Miracle? So does Xavier McKinney. You know how you know he remembers?

HE WRAPPED UP

Bummer that the Niners don't get a Vikings cake walk game next week, but it probably is right and appropriate that Minnesota's fraudulence was laid bare before the whole country.

I'll take the win when I can. Been a long time coming! Go G-men!

4th and 8. 3 yard pass to a covered WR.

This is the most Kirk Cousins play ever.

It makes me very uncomfortable that I kinda like this Giants team.
