Auburn let Jax State give them trouble for much of the first half, then are pulling away.
Their guards seem hot or cold. I could see them wrecking some teams, or losing to anybody. Pearl's a good motivator, so maybe they'll get stronger as the tourney continues.

Yeah, they've been dominant at times this year... and then vanished for stretches. I am quietly pulling for Yale, since Purdue clobbered us earlier this year, but I don't think Yale has the personnel to handle them.

No kidding. I thought they had it, and then nearly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Those back to back 3s by Peterson were exactly what you expect in a March Madness game.

Definitely looked like it. Refs have been similarly lapse in this Colgate/Wisconsin game. Some absolute mugging going on under Wisconsin's basket, but then Colgate gets called for a touch foul.

Unfortunately not, I don't watch a lot of big10 ball, but they crushed my Tarheels in the tournament last year. I was only flipping around, but there did seem to be a fair amount of physical play allowed on one end tonight!
