I'm exceptionally curious as to how they're going to handle NIL/the transfer portal et al. Will it be in something like "recruitment points"? Or will it be actual dollars?
Will we get to experience our 2nd-stringers all leaving after one season to take starting gigs at rival teams for big deals?
There was transfer window in the old game. But it was just just 1-3 guys.
You could get around it by changing depth chart in the off season to make them starters and they wouldn't leave.

Colorado in the preseason AP Top 25 would be insane. Colorado rated highly in CFB 25 is lol, but probably due to
- One of the game's best-rated players at three different critical positions
- Their irl coaches don't matter. Their video game coach is you

Early signing day is finally in the game, at the end of regular season, before bowls. And then the old off-season 4-week recruiting period is still there, but that's when the transfer portal opens. And national signing day then finalizes both.
I'm starting to think I will be getting this day 1 after all.

A single disappointment is that they haven't even attempted to create a tool to give players their own personalities, even in a rudimentary form.
Like, OOTP doesn't go super deep, but each player has ratings for work ethic, loyalty, etc.
I know with a CFB game where there are going to be over 9,000 players, that's asking a lot, but it'd still be nice.
But I was wondering how they'd handle the NIL money aspect, and I see they've decided to avoid it entirely.
