That's sort of like saying the GOAT debate between Brady and BDN ended at Super Bowl LII because Foles was MVP *and* caught more TD passes than Brady and the Eagles won.
Is that the argument you really want to make? :D
You don't want to descend down the discussion rabbit hole of why Joe Montana is better than everyone else.

MONTANA.
It ends here...inside the Octagon!
No, it ended on the field inside Stanford Stadium at Super Bowl XIX. 38-16, Montana.
"Scoreboard" has always been my favorite trash talk line.
Brady is 0-2 against Foles.. just saying.
Dude also has seven rings, which is half-a-hand more than Montana.
Yeah, if you let Joe Montana play in a league that only had 7 other teams, he'd run up the title count too.
Browns with those 1950s Montreal Canadiens championship tallies.

*Legion*, the Canadiens only won two Cups in the 30s (30 and 31). You want the 50s for the example to work.
Edit:
*Legion* I see you also went to wikipedia. Good job, buddy. Appreciate it.

When I saw it on the screen after submitting, I knew it didn't look right and fixed it.
Yeah it's like those 1950s Kentucky basketball titles, when the best teams went to the NIT, not the NCAA tournament.
Why has the best qb ever not been mentioned yet?
I see being a Cleveland Browns fan has made your heart so blackened and bitter that you need to spread the sadness around everywhere you go.

Who is that svelte human?

More Photoshopped than a Marie Claire cover.
Roethlisberger's had a rough season.
You sure that isn't a graphic meant to detail what a full season of Nathan Peterman would look like?
A QBR of...2.9?
Mike Glennon: 13/23, 85 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT.
Guys, I don't want to sound hasty, but I think maybe the "Mike Glennon, even vaguely capable backup" experiment just might be not going particularly well.
Minshew enters the game and drives the Jags to their first TD on his first drive.
Wellactually, the rabbit hole led me to Otto Graham, who played for the Browns (the Browns!)
Did he though? I legit get confused on how I'm supposed to consider pre-1996 players.
the Browns (the Browns!)
If you have to put an exclamation point on that, I feel like you're not referring to the team that plays in Baltimore now. The browns weren't cursed until the ravens happened.

How about January 11, 1987?
The Steelers finally lost.
Apart from WTF/WFT not being as bad as suggested, it was a brutal week for us on injuries. Our O still needs to work out some kinks, but more importantly our D might not able to carry them any more until they figure out how to do anything besides throw the ball short.
We ran out of CBs and LBs last week, as well as being down our kicker. Avery Williamson, who we just got from the Jets (the Jets!) at the trade deadline for a 7th, was and will be wearing the green dot, and Justin Layne had to move over from special teams to play CB. They did... fine, but I think our safeties provided more help, which meant our run d suffered.
Our O is healthier this week, but our D is still in rough shape. I'm not even sure what we're doing for our second ILB, probably a rotation of depth players.
D Starters out for the year: Devin Bush(LB), Bud Dupree(LB), Robert Spillane (LB)
D Starters out for now: Vince Williams(LB), Joe Haden(CB)
Back this week: Stephen Nelson(CB)
Hard to believe that Carolina and Denver played in the Super Bowl five years ago, when they were clearly the two best teams in their conference.
They said only 6 players combined from those rosters were playing today. Crazy.
Teddy isn't the
entireproblem.
You can say that again. Panthers let Denver score their 2nd highest points of the season, and only the 3rd time they've scored 28 or more points all season.
Denver's offense is bad. The ugly first half you described above was good for them.

I just looked at Drew Lock's stats; before today, he'd thrown 9 TD, 13 picks. Today? 4 TDs, no picks.
Maybe the Panthers need to go back to drafting five defensive tackles every draft. They had a good defense back when they did that.
The funniest thing I've seen all weekend is the Saints down by 3 and Tayson Hill getting strip-sacked on 4th and 2.
1-A funniest is Sean Payton thinking that NO was going to pick up with first down with Hill's arm.
Works for me.
Packers getting the bye week would be amazing.
If they manage that Rodgers might sneak up and overpass Mahomes for MVP even. Was going to be hard if Mahomes finished at 2 picks but Miami helped that part today. Mahomes still dominating in total yards. Hard to even argue against Mahomes but Rodgers might get the old man sympathy vote.

I still have nightmares about John Elway and the Broncos.
