Crazy to see public servants with relevant experience being nominated again.

Right?

"What's this? Was Meat Loaf not available?"

And spends 3/4's of the certification letter saying how she's the real victim...

Trump's sticking with the fantasy that he's going to win in court: "Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!"

What a garbage, meandering letter.
Better late than never, I guess.

About frickin time.

I love how he always says "I believe" [blatantly obvious falsehood]. That way he's never technically lying. He never really said [blatantly obvious falsehood], only that he believed, and nobody can prove that false.

So he's going the "president in exile" route?

He's pretending he gave the go-ahead for a decision that was completely outside his power and authority.

He accuses the GSA of being deep state plants by the end of tomorrow.

Trumps tweet (below) after the GSA agreeing to sign off on the transition is the start of the narrative by republicans to claim that they never argued the election results and this election was just like all the others.

Trump tweeted moments after the letter was reported, thanking Murphy for her work and affirming the decision to start the transition.

"I want to thank Emily Murphy at GSA for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country. She has been harassed, threatened, and abused -- and I do not want to see this happen to her, her family, or employees of GSA. Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!" Trump tweeted. "Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.”

Like he always says "people are saying..." when he completely bullsh*ts something out of thin air.

Also, one of the cases Trump won in PA got overturned today. So he's now 1-35 in court.

Donald "Hue Jackson" Trump.

There's no way Trump wrote that tweet himself.

sh*t. 1-35 would even get him fired as a Browns coach.

Maybe he was trying to get Trevor Lawrence for his cabinet.

Sunshine ain't got time for these losers. Dabo on the other hand....

GOP: " We were wrestling with the idea of launching a coup through the courts, but we're too lazy and making too much money off terrorizing our base with apocalyptic Biden warnings to do it. Go ahead, have your 'win,'"

If Trump keeps insisting on acting like an African dictator, maybe we should deal with his coup and its leaders like they do in those countries.

The headlines tomorrow need to read "TRUMP CONCEDES"

Love how he lost. Threw a tantrum. Seeded FUD.

Now he's acting like he's doing you a favor by handing over the keys.

Guess you can't blame him for ever stepping out of character.

Obama jokes that Navy SEALs could remove Trump from the White House

You made me think of this so this is your fault and I had to share it.

This video feels very on topic.

I am not sure how the cult members will react to this win, but I am not optimistic. I mean they have had a lot of people tell them that Trump won. I am hoping Biden can clean some of this mess up.

I hate that it’s somehow Biden’s job to clean up these zealots. I get that he’s president (elect) but you can’t fix stupid.

Parler must be an utter sh*tshow right now. Cries of treason, ammo boxes being loaded, illegal moonshine being quaffed.

Sure we can't get all of them to see the light. But if he acts presidential and pushes good policy that helps people he could pull some people closer to reality. We have not had a president in four years. I think some people forgot what an adult in power can inspire.

That worked so well from 2008-2016, didn't it?

Given where we started in 2008? Yeah. I mean sure, nobody took Obama's first speech as President-elect to heart... but he tried.

And, above all, I will ask you to join in the work of remaking this nation, the only way it's been done in America for 221 years -- block by block, brick by brick, calloused hand by calloused hand.

What began 21 months ago in the depths of winter cannot end on this autumn night.

This victory alone is not the change we seek. It is only the chance for us to make that change. And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were.

It can't happen without you, without a new spirit of service, a new spirit of sacrifice.
