Arsenal's third kit is pretty nice.

I have towels with that pattern.

Ofc I dislike Arsenal, but I do think those are a better take on Chelsea's recent kit with a similar pattern.

The number of season previews I've seen that have Fulham at rock-bottom now is three.

Someone needs to watch Jimmy Conrad!

Spoiler:

17th and safe!

Before or after usage?

Should we do the prediction thingie, ranking Premier League teams?

I'm game.

I quite like that Arsenal 3rd kit, but with 3rd kits I like teams to do something a little out there every season. Manchester United's would be okay if it didn't look like I was the one sewing the fabric together and not matching up the seams properly.

Hmmmm. So we’re doing this then:

So yeah. I think Newcastle have a very good transfer window, and also there is still the possibility they’ll become the richest club in football(TM) before the end of The season given Ashley’s statement the other night. They’re the surprise package this season

A bad season for the Midland’s clubs. And Fulham. Well, let’s face it. They’re Fulham.

Hey I’ve got Mitrovic in my Fantasy League team. At least they’re good for something!

Edit: After that Fulham performance, I stand by my statement

Wish I had remembered Scott Parker was Fulham's manager when I was doing my prediction.

Sorry Pred.

Arteta have Arsenal on some kind of form.

Maybe the only positive of all the hierarchy changes recently at the club was Arteta getting his title changed from first team coach to manager.

I forgot about that subtle difference. Who knows maybe Arteta + Edu is the new tandem and Arsenal don't need all those other people with unclear titles.

Guess i'll be skipping today's highlights.

2-2 in 30 minutes, with a mistake from Van Dijk.

Is this the part where we discuss that post-lockdown, Liverpool haven't been anywhere near as imperious as they were before it?

EDIT: 3-2. This is like when I can't quite get the sliders right on FIFA.

Bamford scoring is also an indicator the sliders are off.

Well they haven’t. You won’t find many Liverpool fans who’d deny that.

The defending today though. A few heads need knocking together and a few cobwebs shaken out.

LOL.

Leeds are gonna be good though. Goodness gracious.

Leeds and Liverpool love the 4-3.

Been given a get out of jail card there

Only watched the first half of West Ham-Newcastle but... Newcastle looked decent?

Of course it's only West Ham and Andy Carroll should have been sent off on the third touch of the game but that was encouraging.

Hey, I didn't put Fulham last

It's too bad really, I have a soft spot for Fulham as many former Anderlecht players wore the shirt (Odoi, Mitrovic, Radzinski, ...).

Well, at least with the crowded fixture list we don't have to wait long for a shot at redemption.

PSG lost (second time this season!) but I'm posting the highlights mostly for the top-caliber flopping from Marseille players when the scrum began at 2:30 or so.

Did anyone set this up? I’m not sure why the previous seasons league didn’t just tick over?

Owner has to renew it - with a renewal anyone who was in will be automatically enrolled.

I would have just created a new one, but since there was no traction to my post, assumed 2020 was keeping our collective attention elsewhere.

Emi Martinez to Villa for £20m? Not shabby piece of business for Arsenal that really need £20m.

Auba re-signs. Sure he's the wrong side of 30 but if he still has goals left in his boots like last week why not.

Wonder if Arsenal still manage to move on 2-3-4 players and bring one of Artetas targets back. Sokratis, Torreira, Bellerin and Mustafi could all leave still and besides Bellerin I don't think we'd miss a beat.

I'm still gobsmacked how quickly Arteta has turned things around. There was obviously that much room for improvement but I wasn't sure if Arteta could pull it off as we didn't have a sample size of his work.

Alright, so what do we call this? The Re-Bale-ening? Tottenham's on the reBale? They just unveiled a new golf course in London?

Ask me in a year, maybe two. Right now I'm seeing people who were Spurs fans when Bale played absolutely delighted. I've only known Bale as an incredibly gifted player who scores some amazing goals but doesn't get in the RM squad very often.
