NCAA Football 2020-21 Season

I don't know about the South, but everywhere I go in Houston it seems like 100% of people are wearing masks.

I wonder if that will convince some people that in the south it's real

Not if Saban has an easy time with it.
I just want to be clear that I'm not wishing him to have a bad case, just stating that if he doesn't, people will hold it up as more "proof" that the threat of Covid is minimal.

Looks like Saban's test might have been a false positive. He's passed two tests, and only needs to pass one more this morning to coach tonight.

Apparently it was not the SEC approved test type, but still triggered the protocol for isolation.

Haven't heard if the AD that was also testing positive is the same likely false positive situation or not.

(Some Alabama manager is probably getting tired of having stuff shoved up his nose as "Saban" gets retested . Totally kidding, but you know some are thinking it.)

Yeah considering 2 other SEC games postponed today, it seems lucky for him

Legit lol.

I would like everyone to guess how many points Clemson is going to club Syracuse by next week. The over/under is "all of them."

Just in time for Louisville game again, thanks. Should have beat y'all 4 straight and instead we've only won 2.

I don't like green eggs and Bama, Sam I Am.

lol

It just dawned on me that despite being trapped at home due to Pandemic, I was wondering why I still have so much free time on Saturdays and its because there's been no gamedays. There will be no fans when Cal starts back up in a few weeks, but that suddenly creates a block of 3-4 hours that hasn't existed for the last month and a half even if its just on TV.

That being said even without a pandemic, the air quality and weather has been so bad in the Bay Area, its been kinda fortunate.

Saw someone point out online that Trevor Lawrence looks like Scout from TF2 with hair and now it's all I can imagine.

Hahahahahaha.

Man have I never been so happy to be so wrong.

48-16 Cards and could have been worse without FSU 4th and goal TD before half, and Louisville dropping TD in end zone and settling for a FG from 1st and goal at the 1 all in the 3rd quarter. Wow.

We really should be 4-2 instead of 2-4.

We all agree, this should instantly win you the game, even if it happens in the first quarter, right?

As a native Houstonian who has been on the Rice campus countless times, lol.

I feel their pain. It might be worse knowing that my team has and can be good, just has been mediocre to bad for 20 years (UT).

It's funny because the team we in NC refer to as "The Other Carolina" has never been good.

Still waiting on Ego to show up and acknowledge my school's 32 point victory over his.

You really don’t want to hear what I have to say

18 years ago this month this happened up in Boone.

Furman was four years removed from its I-AA championship, and App's were three years in the future.

Heads-up play by the defensive end to get the ball into a DB's hands as quickly as he could.

Holy cow...I'm not sure I've seen that play. So much awesomeness!

I am very late to my very casual App State fandom and had not heard about that play until it popped up on the ol' Twitter.

If App can beat Georgia Southern regularly, it's well on its way to being Boise State 2.0 (ie the best of the Group of 5 teams that's able to knock off a top-tier Power 5 every year or two).

Considering the number of times I've driven by Kidd Brewer stadium, I really need to make it happen to finally see a game there when we are back to more normal times.
