Ghost Recon: Breakpoint - Catch All

Aaagh. I’m feeling the draw of Sam Fisher. Being able to play this Splinter Cell style with one of the new classes is extremely appealing in a future devoid of new Splinter Cell games.

Edit: Breakpoint and the Splinter Cell themed DLC is going to be free to play this weekend. Just when I was trying to decide if this would get me into the game. Fantastic timing.

One thing I hadn't reckoned on with the immersive mode is that weapon upgrade parts are only available from killing drones now, since you don't have looted weapons to break down. I think I'm going to switch back at least until I've amassed a stockpile of parts.

When you switch to no gear score mode the loot crates scattered around the map often have weapon parts instead of weapons.

Sydhart and I have been playing this a lot lately and we are looking for two GWJer's to join us to go through the Raid missions. We have done it once with two pubs but would like to go slower and explore a bit.

I picked it up for PC during the recent sale.

Not sure the level requirements, think I'm lvl 24-25, gear score 130-140ish.

I'd be available to try Raid's or general shenanigans' in the evenings PST, uplay name redhwk25

You will need to be gear level 150 before you can unlock the Raids. It's not too hard getting there. If you want to do some co-op on missions I'm always on during the day (CST) and can play in the evenings when needed.

I have not done the raid but I would be up to give it a go. Available most evenings PST.

I need to level up a bit but will be interested in raid's next week. I am EST time and available after 9pm EST weekdays.

How raids work with people that doesn't play the leveling game? Just curious because I have the game but only played (briefly) without "Division Mode" on.

I bought the game shortly after release to play co-op with an old friend. We played 3 or 4 times and then he ran off to newer games. I really enjoyed the game and only moved on because I got tired of running solo all the time. I don't remember what my gear score was when I finally move on as well, but it's definitely over 150... I think it was high enough to take on the final boss or just short thereof. Regardless, I would definitely be in for some group play RAID or otherwise.

I picked this up after seeing the squad-AI patch notes in last weekend's ubisoft video event. For only $12 with coupon it's pretty good. I'm playing the regular loot-grind mode, not the "immersive" mode, for now, so I can carry more guns. It's a little weird that a weapon with a higher lootscore can often be objectively inferior to the same model with a lower score depending on how the modifiers fall out. My loot score is probably about 85 but I could push it up ten points or so if I optimized for that instead of better weapons. I'm also about level 18 or so and struggling to find any really valuable places to spend skill points.

I'm in the sniper class but might switch to Panther; seems that some of the SMGs are at least as good as ASRs, especially after ditching the 20% damage penalty for supressors.

Only a couple of things are annoying me:
* It's kind of easy to accidentally jump off a roof instead of climb down a ladder; too short a spacebar press is interpreted as 'jump' instead of 'climb' and has resulted in a couple of really irritating deaths while cleaning out the loot in an enemy base.
* This is endemic to the series and Ubi games in general, but how do the enemies automatically know that it's me in one of their vehicles when I pass by?

Not sure if many people playing at all, but my buddies and I are having a great time.

The current live event R6 crossover is a blast, it could almost be a DLC it's so long. Ends this weekend so if at all interested, the quests are fun.
