If you happened to grab this in the first few minutes it was live, please re-download the show file! You'll be missing some very important background music if you don't.

Seems like a couple of the 2018 prediction clips are missing. The last few from Corey and Sean are just silence.

***edit - around 1:24:00 it goes all wonky as well; the music starts playing again.

Yeah, came here to say the same.

00:02:06 Astrobot (PlayStation VR)
00:08:24 Mario + Rabbids
00:10:40 Vane
00:14:56 Dishonored 2
00:15:49 New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe
00:17:35 Divinity: Original Sin 2
00:19:28 Pathfinder: Kingmaker
00:24:17 Bold Predictions 2019

I've let our intrepid producer know! Will upload a fixed file as soon as I can.

Just as a note: Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2 are both on PS4.

New file up!

Jonathan is going to hate me. Around 2:11:50 seems like the final soundboard didn’t work either.

Is there a way to get the really old episodes? It would be interesting to make a supercut with every years predictions; kind of a history of the last ten years of gaming.

The Bold Predictions episode and thread are the real end of the holiday season for me.

Amanda predicted that someone would make a game that tried to appeal to the 'diverse character shooter' (I may have just made that catagorisation up) crowd but that it wouldn't go over well. I'd say the closest game to that prediction is Battleborn. It certainly had the 'didn't go over well' part of the equation covered.

Apparently Battleborn came out in 2016. How time flies.

"2020 is the hindsight you wish you had when you gave them money"

Underrated comment of the episode.

Ok, for real this time. The final MP3 is now in place, listen at will. Please re-download if your podcatcher already grabbed it. Sorry for the hassle!

Actually HiRez did push their OW version (Paladins) out of beta this past year. Plus they released a BR version on the same engine called Realm Royale.

Technically Amanda was correct because Treyarch initially tried to model their multiplayer portion of the game off of OW, but it tested very poorly and they pulled back to their BO3 model.

CoD predictions

Depending on which set of rumors you believe the next CoD will be Modern Warfare 4 or Ghosts 2. I really don't trust Infinity Ward to do open world. Although this is something that Activision has been aiming for.

My own prediction

The new Kickstarter MMOs that launch this year (Crowfall, Camelot Unchained) release with a thud but have a steady burn over the year to decent populations.

Wrong thread, been doing that a lot.

I predict that there will be, at the very least, an announcement for a Mass Effect trilogy remaster. Fingers crossed it'll actually come out in 2019 as well.

Certis’s over the top predictions intro was hilarious.

I don't think there's a huge chance, but I'd be so incredibly happy to be wrong.

We need a fingers crossed emoji.

I think that The Game King actually nailed the Pokemon one. Even without the Pokemon go integration, you could carry around the controller like a pedometer to level up you Pokemon, and the Game used motion controls, so it did make use of the switch portability.

A shame the spreadsheet crashed.

Holy cow. You killed it (and me) Shawnstradamus. Bravo!

Just wanted to chime in and say the predictions show is always a highlight of the year

I'm listening to this today but that Certis Metroid Prime 4 Fall 2019 prediction
