The GWJ Adventure Game Club - Main Thread

I wasn't being (too) serious about voting and not playing TWD

I won't vote, I'll leave it to others who will play but if TWD wins I'll nominate TWD 2 for a future month

So. We had a tie initially. So we did another poll. Aaaaand...

We STILL have a TIE!!

This is unprecedented. With 16 participants, we have an even split of 8 votes for Blade Runner and 8 votes for The Walking Dead.

After much deliberation, I decided to go with my pick. I know it's not entirely fair, but at the end of the day, July will be here (quite literally), and someone has to make the call. Therefore, we will be playing...

The Walking Dead!!

You'll find the thread for the game over this way.

Humm. I don't remember that being one of the choices. I really have to eat more fish, work on my memory.

I'll be staying out for this month, since I played through this a few years ago. I enjoyed it, but it was a heavy toll on my emotions, to the point that I simply will not play seasons 2 and 3. That's how good and tense it is as a game from a narrative standpoint.

I'm tempted to do a second playthrough (I still have the original disc for may PS3) but I've just signed up for the GWJ CRPG club. I haven't played the others in the series, so I'd be open to join for TWD 2 if it gets a future slot

Glad I popped in here to read an actual literal use of “at the end of the day” for once.

To be fair, TWD is an easier time investment than a giant RPG, just sayin'!

Completely understandable, that game takes its toll, for sure.

You can now get TWD, this month's game, just for $1 on Humble.

Oh wow!! That’s a steal.
