It feels like the perfect blend to me. Arkham gameplay with the lighter Marvel tone.
Did you notice there were scenes in daylight? It was just so cheery.
I've always wanted to play a spider-man game but the best one always seemed to be the one I'd missed from a previous generation. This looks perfect from a swinging and combat point of view.

There is something going on with Amazon and Sony right now, God of War and Detroit were also unavailable for preorder and Death Stranding and Days Gone are listed as unavailable right now. There have been a couple articles written about it but neither Sony nor Amazon has commented about the situation, it's strange.

Doesn't seem likely. Sony definitely seem to understand that stellar exclusive sell the PS4 and they are actively leveraging them to get people onto their platform.
This is a disturbing development. In this footage they have spider in his original costume and I think I've gone from hating the new costume with the white to preferring it. It seems fresher and more modern.

I'm actually thinking about buying this. And a PS4 to play. And a TV to connect the PS4 to. Which seems like an awful lot to pour into a single game...

Zero to slightly less I would say. Sony doesn't do PC stuff. Uncharted, Last of Us, God of War, Horizon: Zero Dawn...If Sony owns the developer you don't see it on anything else.
On the other hand those 4 games are worth the price of a PS4 (at least to me)

If you like JRPGs at all, Persona 5 is another, excellent reason to buy a PS4.
