That was some fantastic racing this time. I was lucky in race one to sneak past Travokk when he ran wide coming out of Ascari and the get clear because of how close the fighting was behind me.

Then in race two it was all about my pitstop, as first-to-fourth all came in at the same time and I got done and out first. That battle for second, third and fourth in race two was immense.

Next race is on Tuesday! It should be a bash!

No, that's not a typo.

That hairpin right out of a sixth gear corner is going to look like a Mad Max sequel.

OK, which one of you has secretly been Charlize Theron all along?

It's you. That's how secret it is - even you didn't know.

TIL: I'm way hotter than I thought I was

The lack of a hand explains a lot about your driving.

Plus, think how much money I save on driving glove!

Currently for this car/track combination, GWJ's Racing Dorks are the seven fastest drivers* IN THE WORLD.

That's how good we are.

*out of seven.

Join us for some fun!

That opening to race two was madness.

It was the best. Next time I will try not to ruin the fun.

Beautiful, beautiful madness.

Seriously though, that was so much fun. Felt really good kicking it with the big boys at the front for a while.

Next race is in a few nights.

You might want to change the title of this topic. The long word is messing up the site formatting in favorites view on mobile.

Or I guess I could just unfavorite it. I love the occasional videos tho.

I've been wanting an excuse to stop putting the next race date in the title. Thanks.

Some of the more recent videos uploaded on our Slack channel. Not sure if they were posted here.

Race is tonight. I promise!

For anyone that is keeping an eye on this forum and has interest in joining the fun.

Next race is this Sunday 9PM EST (I think)

Game : RaceRoom Racing Experience (It's free to get the platform)

What else do I need to buy?
1. Any car that is in the WTCC 2013 series (http://game.raceroom.com/store/pack/...). You can buy all of them in the pack or pick one individually for $3.24

2. The track that we are racing (http://game.raceroom.com/store/track...) $5.79, or you can pickup the European track pack which has all of the tracks we race for a discount (http://game.raceroom.com/store/pack/...)

I believe that is all the details - but those that know better can correct me

Racing was so good at this event at the short Nurburgring layout that I went back afterwards and made a post-race video.

Then Lupus had the idea of matching that up to the stream he broadcasts during the race, so now we have a side-by-side of a TV camera-style edit and his onboard: video.

[Potentially NSFW due to some few instances of adult language.]

[Lupus is in the black and white Chevy that looks [and drives] like a cow.]

Fantastic racing.

Race 2 was just as good, first 3 cars spent within a second for majority of a race (up until the point where I crashed into Bismarck on the last lap)

How anyone makes that Nurburgring first turn with their paint (and bladder) intact is a complete mystery to me. I start the track playing GRID/RaceRoom/PCars, and ten seconds later I'm playing DiRT/FlatOut/BeamNG.drive. You guys must be using that "brake pedal" thing I've read so much about.

(Nice racing, gentlemen.)

Mav used the back of my car as a brake pedal, yes.
