Ezekiel Elliott wins an injunction, preventing his suspension for the near future (possibly all season).
Because the NFL's investigative branch is more like Jacques Clouseau than Hercule Poirot.
Bottom line we can all agree the Patriots and their fans are the worst.. literally the worst. Boston terrible as well. SAD
Will Smith > Markey Mark
At least you didn't say Rocky But your equation is missing something...
Will Smith > Markey Mark > Chris Christie
To steal a joke from Bucs Nation; they should have named Irma “Hurricane Roberto”, because then it would have missed Florida.
Whoa, whoa. Janikowski's on IR?
Yep, and they signed someone that isn't Aguayo, robbing us of our fun.
Aaron Donald has reported to the Rams with some sort of tentative agreement. He's not playing this week though and possible not in the next two weeks until management feels he's ready. We'll see who blinks first.
NFL Broadcast maps are so interesting.
Oh, Cleveland.
Holy crap, Certis.
My early games are Piitsburgh-Cleveland and Atlanta-Chicago. It's a good day to have
NFL Sunday TicketNFL2Go.
Shockingly, Comcast is terrible. Can't watch Redzone despite having the sports package for well over a decade. Can't access their website to "add" the sports package that we already have. And, have been on hold for over an hour.
Tom Savage does not look good.
Calais Campbell has set a record for most sacks by a Jaguar in a single game, with 3.5 sacks. Still the first half.
I'd say that was a good signing.
EDIT: And on the next play, Ngakoue tomahawks Savage for a fumble and Dante Fowler takes it to the house.
Jags D-line is decimating Houston. 6 sacks so far.
Someone named Tom Savage is starting in the NFL, and Colin Kaep ... I'll just take this over to P&C, I guess.
Meanwhile, while most of the rest of the country gets SEA-GB as the 4 p.m. Fox game, we get CAR_SF (bc home market). Maybe after the Panthers go up 8 TDs they'll switch it over?
And twitter tells me Deshaun Watson is in for Houston now.

I think that era just ended. Deshaun Watson took over to start the second half.
Deshaun Watson pick to Myles Jack called back by penalty. Jaguars defense looks legit. Against this offense, at least.
Nice tackle by Watson, though.
That play only ever happened thanks to a phantom roughing-the-passer call extending the drive earlier. They stopped Houston twice on this drive. At least the second penalty was legitimately a penalty.
I don't know if I've ever seen Bortles hand off this much.
13 pass attempts, 21 rushes.
Jags only scored this many points 2 times last year, and one of those was Marrone's first game after Bradley was fired.
Deshaun Watson can avoid a tackle, for sure. He's broken about 3 would-be sacks in just a couple drives.
Not going to matter if the defense doesn't remember how to play. Watt is a non-factor, secondary is soft as poo.
Jason Myers with the Aguayo Double - a missed FG and a missed XP.
Gonna be a long year for Andy Dalton without an amazing oline in front of him.
I don't understand what is happening. I'm watching football on a Sunday but I don't have that sickened depressed feeling.
(I'm sure the 49ers will fix that.)
If Atlanta let's Chicago come back and win, it's going to hang over their whole season.
