Heck yeah~
While we're on the topic of games from our youth, here's one I wish I had easier means of revisiting, as I just found an issue with my original copy:
Hmm looks like a SNES / GBA game but I really don't recognize it which is confusing, maybe something on a Megadrive?
I was actually thinking PC or PS1.
It's not Wacky Races, I know that much.
I can confirm, it is indeed Not Wacky Races, though I will request a smidge more specificity than that.
Perhaps a shot of the characters rather than just shadowed outlines will provide a hint:
One last hint: This critically-acclaimed platformer was one of the last big releases for the GBA before making way for the DS. It's only seen one "re-release" by way of the Wii U eShop.
Is that Drill Dozer, one of the few non-Pokémon games from Game Freak?
It is indeed Drill Dozer! From the creative team that brought you FireRed/LeafGreen the year before & Diamond/Pearl the year after.
Ball's in your court, Trachalio!
Oh man, Drill Dozer was SO GOOD.
Alright, here's a screenshot from a game that I absolutely adored when it came out, despite my lack of co-ordination making it extremely hard to progress through it
I know it's not Um Jammer Lammy but I like typing that name so that's my guess.
I feel like I recognize the art style, and vaguely remember seeing the box art at Walmart during the PS2 era.
Gonna say PaRappa the Rapper 3: Car Door Slammin' Jammin'
It is neither Um Jammer Lammy, nor is it from the PEU (Parappa Expanded Universe)
Oh that's Gitaroo Man. Which I had to Google how to spell. Free play if I'm right!

I have no idea on the game but I will link my petition to Sony to start the PEU shortly, I need a film trilogy explaining Joe Chin’s origin story immediately.

Correct!
I'll bite:
I only ever played a demo of this game that probably came on a PC Gamer CD, and it was amazing. I'd forgotten the name and never thought I'd see it again till I spent way too much time watching videos of old PC games.
Is that Big Red Racing?
It is!
Ha! I almost posted that one instead of Wacky Races the other day.
I may have gone a bit too obscure but this is literally the first videogame I have a memory of playing. Here is a screenshot from another system:
Is it Not Wacky Races?
The first shot made me think Tiger Electronics version of Moto Racer, but the second screenshot proved that wrong.

Well, it is called ****** Racer so you're halfway there.
The first screenshot is from the Spectrum port, which is the version I played, and the second is from the arcade which had a dirt bike frame to sit on.
The way the terrain looked in the second shot DID make me think "Sega", but I still can't put a name to it.
Enduroracer? Was ever a thing?
Enduroracer? Was ever a thing?
It is Enduro Racer!
Sweet!
Thread question: I just realized the OP contains a link to a master list of all games posted and guessed so far, but I can't update it with mine. Is there a way to get access?

Only merphle and I have access, since it was our joint project. One of us updates it every few weeks (sometimes a few months).
Sweet!

That’s Omega I think. The game where you have to write code to program your tank’s behavior then send it out against enemies, watch it execute, and hope for the best.
I got it as a child because of the cool tank on the box and I liked most anything from Origin. I never had the patience to learn how to actually play though. I vaguely remember my tank just driving in circles like an idiot while being shot at.
