Good guess because it does kinda look like the classic version of Spelunky but that's not it.

As a hint, this game is not a roguelike and it came out after the first Spelunky's full release.

Look at the picture again. The number is the easiest part to get right. Hint: you don't need to count the spikes on the screen.

It's not, but that's about what a remake or sequel could look like...

It looks like one of those games where you run a shop/bar/whatever during the day, and at night you crawl dungeons/go fishing/fight robots in a 2d sidescrolling beat-em-up.
...but with a cyberpunk veneer.

Actually, I think it's the original '97/'98 release. The shape of the score...uh...board? at the top-left gives it away.
