Previous incarnations of Cleveland/P&C/D&D have had an image thread, to handle political cartoons and other image-based stuff that doesn't belong in the general post-a-picture threads.
If any of them spawn an extended discussion, please spawn it off into its own thread. Replies to non-picture replies should take the form of a link pointing to a post on a different discussion thread.
And I shouldn't have to say it, but the images still need to abide by the rules.
At this point I am 100% convinced that Donny thinks “immigrants seeking political asylum” means immigrants that were released from psychiatric hospitals (mental asylums) in their home countries.
Yeah someone on twitter pointed that out months ago when the Hannibal stuff started. He's that stupid. He thinks asylum is insane asylum, not political asylum in another country. I can't believe people listen to this moron.
HANNABAL LECTER WAS AN AMERICAN YOU BLITHERING IDIOT!!!!!

Not me. About a quarter of a second thought "could they be so cringe?", followed by a meandering three millionth of a second of "this cant be real" followed by a full second and a half of taking in the picture of the old, dusty ass white folks unironically standing behind that GOP sign. The final tenth of a second was where I glanced the "Durham" part of the banner, that would be North Carolina.
Makes perfect godd-mn sense!
Actually no... Not quite. What is with the dude in the blue shirt?
...to notice the "Black Republicans" banner, I meant.

He's also a fictional character. So, what this has to do with anything at all in politics, let alone something specific to immigration is just.... weird!

Um, actually *pushes glasses up*, he was Lithuanian (see Hannibal Rising*). The actors that have portrayed the character have been Scottish, Welsh, and Danish (and whatever the guy in Hannibal Rising was).
*Actually, don't. Don't see Hannibal Rising. It's bad.
This was from 2015, by the way.

Yeah. The old white guys behind the Black Republicans Banner. I took it all in. I saw the GOP sign and the Durham NC part of everything and thought huh... that makes sense.
My mind hung up on how anyone could be so cringe.
The thing that gets me is the "Black Republican, singular. Like they're just waiting for the subject of their static display to arrive.

It's like the Anglican Church. "Do come in, you're the only one today."
Today's sermon will be from a magazine, that I found in a hedge.

You mean the Anglican. They've apparently been dropping the word "Church" from their parishes.

Hard to buy that’s a real conversation. “How bout that” shows a level of contrition from a religious person that beggars belief.
Err, ahem: “and then everyone clapped”
*laughs in Presbyterian*

You forgot the part where Obama gave him a high five.
