NBA Season 2016-2017

Yeah, does OKC realize there is only one ball on the court at a time? Will be an interesting team to see around Christmas once they have played some together. It will go great or be totally disfunctional. Also not sure how they pay everyone at the end of this season.

In the US I think going from living in NYC to Omaha has to be one of the biggest cultural shifts for Carmelo.

If you told me OKC now had the players with the two highest usage rates in the NBA, I'd believe it. Also if there was an unflattering stat about usage to points scored (I'm sure there is somewhere).

But did you mean OKC rather than Omaha?

Grrr yes, OKC. Although could Carmelo tell the difference?

Supposedly one of the most interested teams was Portland but Melo wouldn't wave his no trade to them because.... Too much of a life change?

Kinda curious what the package would of been from Portland instead.

Kristaps is 22 btw.

Melo has shown the ability to play off ball with Team USA. Plus, it’s probanly the best team he’s ever been on.

Can't poo on this party, eat my Omaha steakhouse booty.
(Nebraska is way worse than Oklahoma man, at least OK has petroleum barons rolling big)

I haven't spent much time in OKC, but Omaha was kinda charming when I went there. I'd probably pick Portland over either, sports teams aside.

Is melo just a real fan of bahn mi?
Okc has a zip code called little Saigon.

I'll see your Little Saigon and raise you an area of Houston next to downtown where the government-issued street signs are in Vietnamese.

That said, you can keep Melo.

Melo, PG and Westbrook were all top ten in points scored while in isolation, so I can't understand how this offense will carry any sort of momentum. And forget about defense.

Billy Donovan will sort it out. /s

Yeah, like on 23rd st in OKC.
They moved em to OKC and Houston both after the war.

Melo at power forward, melo at power forward, hooray!

Edit: Damn it, old thread. No wonder it was a while back on my favorites page. Sorry.
