Well, I guess when Windows 10 told me it hadn't moved anything when updating from 8.1 it wasn't expecting me to take it seriously.
Has anyone gotten a NASCAR Pro (not the NASCAR Pro 2, the first one) to work with Windows 10? I got it working in 8.1 using the Vista 64 bit drivers, but with Windows 10 I plug the when into a USB port and Windows hangs and then reboots. After reboot, the USB port I was using seems to recognize the wheel, but it doesn't show up in Thrustmapper and American Truck Simulator won't acknowledge it.
Just doing a little research online it looks like that thing has been long abandoned by Thrustmaster. Looks like your gonna have to somehow get the vista driver loaded and hope that it works or start shopping for a new wheel.
What does it show up as in device manager?
I found this driver but it may be the one you were already using

I had the vista drivers installed back when my machine was on Windows 8.1, but now that it's Windows 10 they don't work.
If it doesn't work it doesn't work, the wheel was a castoff from a friend, but I will miss playing Spintires with a wheel.

Yes, you can cancel Darksiders, but only by using your Sony Golds. Which, while pretty good, aren't a patch on Zelda.

I might have an old Logitech momo laying around that you're welcome to for the price of shipping. I'll have to do some digging when I get home to make sure it's still around.

Goodjers always come through in a pinch. Brings a tear to the eye, it does.
By the way, I'm posting here because I researched the crap out of this for an hour or so trying to find some positive news on the Thrustmaster wheel. I found nada.
"I basically do what Lou says." -- Yonder
"My love is for Lou." -- LiquidMantis
"LouZiffer is a gentleman, a rogue, and a fantastic lover." -- Vector
"You could yoink it for a Sig." -- Demosthenes
I am humbled by your generosity, but I think I'm going to pass. As much fun as Spintires is with a wheel, I find that the ritual of setting up the wheel mKes me play the game less.
Maybe this is just the universe telling me to economize.
