I am, but I am also facing the possibility that my arthritis may be attacking the organs and not just the joints. If that's the case, I'm screwed. It's a "fun" effect of psoriasis, starting out as a skin thing, and if you're unlucky it progresses to arthritis, then if you're really unlucky it goes after organs. Good news is we don't know, so it's only a possibility ATM. However I should know after more tests in roughly a month or so. -sigh-

Ugh, not something my wife and I were even aware of and we did a lot of reading. Best wishes that this is not the case.

Thanks. That is my current understanding, anyway. I really hope I am misunderstanding the progression of the illness.

Saw my rheumatologist and my understanding is wrong. I don't have anything to worry about right now. Yay!

Fantastic. Hurrah for misunderstanding!

Huzzah!

Told you telling your neurotic friend prematurely was not a good idea. Glad you listened to me?

Yeah, thanks for the solid advice, Paleo. I'm feeling a bit silly that I didn't take your suggestion first. Live and learn.

The closest to a success story I've got going right now is my new fitness tracker can tell the difference between when I'm working or reading and when I'm asleep! It says something about how sedentary my job is that it can be hard to tell.

This is nice from a standpoint that now I can get a much better idea of what my sleep looks like. And not nice because it seems I really am sleeping as little as I feel like I am. There's a big correlation between the results I'm seeing from the monitor and when I seemed so tired when the old one said I had slept well vs other days I felt more energy. The other band had fooled me into thinking I was almost sleeping like a normal person and still feeling like this. Drat.

I'll keep working at it.
