So my Ikea finally for the first time in nearly 9 months got a few Detolfs in stock, I was able to purchase two of them. I have started down the path of displaying my transformers, has been ages since I had any displayed. The real challenge is going to be deciding who to display and how to arrange them. Ultimately it will be only a small percentage of my growing collection (pretty sure I am well over 1,000 figures at this point). Just waiting on some acrylic risers to show up so I can do multi-tier displays with the smaller figures. Anyone have recommendations of display cases that would pair well with Detolfs but have adjustable height shelves? Some of the combiners I own are close to 2 feet tall or possibly taller even.
I display a lot of stuff on these hanging shelves. They look great and they can go anywhere. They also sell them in different lengths.

I have a ton of wall space so could do hanging shelves but then I would need to deal with dust, was hoping to get something that is enclosed. I may end up needing to go that route in the end but want to exhaust other options first if I can.

I think sideshow make display cases of different sizes that match but they probably wont match your cases and they cost a ton.
Oh dear, down the rabbit hole I go!

IKEA Detolf cabinets are a popular choice that direction if you have one near you or want to pay for the shipping.

Yeah I have managed to get 6 Detolf cabinets, but need something that can fit larger figures. I have some Transformer Combiners that are over 2 feet tall.
Nice. What are the cabinets above. The Detloff? I have a budding Transformers collection.

Yup they are the Detolf. My local Ikea was out of stock on them for almost 9 months, they just finally got them in stock two weeks ago (I was ultimately able to buy six of them before they went out of stock again).
I am thinking of getting the Milsbo cabinet for some of my larger figures.

Very cool, are you collecting first party figures or are you branching out into third party stuff? I collect mostly third party figures at this point, haven't gotten any of the earthrise figures yet.

First party only.
Is this the Arcee you are looking at?
I loved Transformers Prime but caught it way after its original airing. I wish there were more figures from 3rd party companies for the Prime series. I have that arcee on preorder through Show.Z.
I must say that Arcee looks nothing like what I was expecting when I followed the link!

Very nice, is that the new Studio Series 86 line? I have yet to get any of those in,

It is. He's like a miniature Masterpiece. Maybe too complicated for a toy, but will be pretty cool if I ever put up a display stand.
My Transformers Prime version of Arcee came in, haven't opened it yet. Been working on setting up some new display cases. Ended up getting some of the Moducase's from Sideshow and building them has chewed up most of my free time. I have some time off from work next week so I am hoping to start working on getting a bunch of figures displayed.
Nice Devastator Baron!
