Blizzard's Overwatch Catch-All

Good video. I thought for sure Bob was going to run off the edge after he plowed thru everyone.

I had to watch twice because i was laughing so hard i had tears in my eyes. Bob picking up the hat was awesome, along with the fighting birds.

I lost it at the Huff vs the Sandwich. So good

Hog being strangled with his own chain was a bit dark, but the end was awesome.

I wanted Mei vs Pyro to be like this

I was expecting Mei to Ice Wall right as pyro air blasted and then he boops himself off the ledge.
I did love the never ending stun lock.

Some photos of the last Vancouver Titans watch party. It was a fun time despite the team's first loss against the LA Valiant.

My Overwatch display on my bookshelf. I framed the photo I got signed by the team when they were in the city a few weeks ago.

We're gonna lose! We're gonna lose! ..... nope.

WOW, nice save.

Not even PotG either. That was BS. We kept trickle stalling for quite awhile. That group dropped right quick after that.

From earlier today, sadly an enemy Bob stopped us in our tracks in overtime in the last point

Why did you post that Sombra PotG from D.Va's perspective?

Yowza. Was just reading about Fissure retiring from OWL, and every article mentions that he told his stream that Blizzard's current plan is for stage 4 of the current OWL season to require all teams to play strictly 2-2-2 comps.

And it's hard to imagine that happening in OWL without a parallel system in the regular game, so I guess this means enforced role queues are coming? Not yet to ranked, presumably, since a season just started, but sooner than later I guess.

Personally it's always struck me as a terrible idea, but then I'm an idiot, so who knows.

yeah, we'll see how it goes, I assume it'll just be comp, but I switch between Tank and DPS often in the middle of the game, kind of worried that ability might go away

I think 2-2-2 is a bad idea, but forcing 1+-1+-1+ or whatever you want to call at least 1 type at all times would be better and more enforceable.

Part of what 2-2-2 does, in theory, is it gives better comp matchups that are based on player rating on a class of hero rather than a single general rating, that leads to balance by the numbers between teams but not in practice, as one team may have 5 support mains facing a team of diverse skills. I like lunchbox's idea, but harder to track for fairer match ups.

I just don't see how implementation of 2-2-2 will work in anything but 6 stacks.
Or they have to force voice comms, which yeah....

I think this is the quickest we've ever taken a point A on an assault map. Homer drops down a teleport to get past the enemy Rein and onto the left side of the clocktower. We take down the enemy Rein from behind, then enemy team who is setup on the other side of the tower realize what we just did and start to panic and don't properly collapse back allowing us to take the point in 40 seconds.

So cool with the viewer replay. Rebellious Medmey doing his own thing.

And here I thought you’d say that about Minotaar playing Hanzo

After you all left and Charts and I played a round together we utterly destroyed in three straight complete team fight wipes to blow thru Numbani in a little over 3m. It was as long as it took the cart to roll.

I'm now done with OW as I will never be on a better win.

Updated my desk setup where I play Overwatch and spend like 85% of my time when I'm at home.

Looks awesome, Axel!

With my mouse settings, that Gibraltar Shuttle would be smashed and in pieces within the first two maps.

It soo clean and neat. Where are you bills and napkins and other things cluttering up your desk?

I see a distinct lack of an adult beverage in the vicinity of that gaming pc!

This is far more concerning than any lack of bills or napkins.

Finally scraped myself back up to platinum yesterday after several hours of competitive. Have been stuck in gold for several seasons, always wanting to climb out, but it was a never ending war of attrition for SR.

And it was solo queue as well. It's amazing what a team can do with a little positivity and can-do gumption.

Congrats, Minotaar. Solo que is a slog and plat is tough to get solo.
