Blizzard's Overwatch Catch-All

Is this in addition to the 20% she already got?

It's in the PTR patch notes, so unless it's a docs mistake I guess so?

My understanding of the boop changes is that while it technically makes boops "more consistent" (since moving against the boop no longer means you get booped less / moving with the boop no longer means you get booped more), in practice it's a buff to booping, since it means the boop-ee can no longer "fight" the boop.

The boop's going to boop you as much as the boop is going to boop you, regardless of which combination of WASD you try to press while being booped.

Yeah I remember xQc (as a Rein main) was complaining against it since he can't defend himself as well against boops now. High skilled players who can predict an incoming boop will (in the last moment before getting hit) move towards the Lucio/Brig/Ashe/etc. since the forward momentum will reduce the force of the push.

I guess this kinda explains why sometimes I feel like my boops can launch an enemy several meters and other times it's nothing more than a light shove.

The boop changes should be nice then for Phara. The last adjustments to her made booping people off the map much harder and inconsistent.
