I can't count the reasons I should stay, One by one they all just fade away. Community S6! #andamovie

Don't mind me, I'll just be back here shipping Troy and Kaylee.

Community S6 will go outside more.

Got tix to Harmontown podcasting in NYC on October 10!

Whoooo hooooooo!

Nice!

Seeing this pop up reminded me I eventually got around to watching Season 5. It wasn't bad, but damn what happened to the funny? It was so tense and emo I think I laughed one or twice an episode.

New guest stars announced.

Spoiler:

Paget Brewster and Keith David

And also some bad news I hadn't heard.

Yvette Nicole Brown (Shirley) announced in September she'd be leaving the show to care for her ailing father

Filming starts next Monday. Episodes will air in early 2015.

Yeah, that was a bummer. I'm hoping Shirley can Skype in once or twice.

I love the addition of Keith David. I mean not only was he on The Cape (six seasons and a movie!), but he narrated the Pillows and Blankets episodes. I hope, hope, HOOPE they address that somehow.

In honor of December 10th, I will be watching season 1's Comparative Religion this afternoon. Probably watch the other holiday episodes too just because.

Boo.

Uhhh... color me intrigued.

Don't think there were any new scenes. But still pretty fun.

EDIT: Didn't see the date, that's old, from August. But community cast was tweeting today.

Ah here we go. March 17!

Re: the current thread name, I expect that views of the episodes will matter if it's to continue (instead of traditional ratings).

I love it!

And, listening to Harmon talk about it lately during Harmontown, it sounds like he's ready to be done with it.

I'm looking forward to Season 6 but increasingly wish it would end so that he can write other things. In a perfect world, they would do a movie (#SIXSEASONSANDAMOVIE!), get everyone back for it and go out with a bang. Probably literally.

I had to quit that podcast... I regret it because of the information I got out of it and that I like Spencer and whatnot... I don't regret it because I just can't stand listening to his rants anymore.

How in the f*ck do you watch Community which is largely Dan ranting in episodic form?

Keith David?

It's not him talking... I don't know... his thought process creates some great things when he has help to keep him going in a viable direction. On the podcast he just goes nuts just for the sake of it or because he is literally either too drunk or too stupid to understand a basic concept.

Don't try Rick & Morty then.

I have looked into it, it wasn't annoying... just not engaging.
