I'll bring my dungeon command with in case anyone happened to get another set this week, my second set won't be in till next week.
Hopefully the roads aren't too bad tonight. People were driving like idiots on my way into the office, and taking the offramp from 494 to 7 had me white knuckling it since it hadn't been plowed yet and I fishtailed a bit.
I'm going to have to bow out for tonight; have picked up a nasty cold, and I think it would be polite to not blow snot all over your lovely basement.
I'm also fighting off something, thought I'd feel better by tonight, but probably best to lie low.
Wish I could have stayed to learn how to play!
I should be getting my second faction for Dungeon Command today. I'll try and convince my wife to play between now and the 29th so I can at least get a basic understanding of the rules.
I still hope to make it down to the cities for one of these nights eventually. The new baby has beeno keeping the wife and I busy, but maybe I can get a husband break night in a month or so to get some gaming in.
Provided I don't have to fly to Alabama and drive to bfe for my job, I should be there with two sets of Dungeon Command! I have the Undead set and the Drow set. If anyone else gets a set by then, bring it along to play!
Oh, and the third expansion for cards against humanity is out. Still haven't played the game, but would like to one of these times.
I'm off in DC at the moment,so missing again. We do need to get together for the box exchange and/or Net runner, as I need to get my butt kicked more in that game.
Games I want to play/try:
-Dungeon Command(I have two faction now, so two people can play! or more if more people get factions, I have undead and drow)
-Netrunner - since last time I had to ditch out for emergency work call
-Cards against Humanity
I should be able to stop by tonight.
I wish I still lived in Minneapolis...
I'm sure we can get all those in, although you'll have to be the one to teach Dungeon Command, as I haven't seen or played it yet. I do have Netrunner decks premade, as well as a table setup for Flashpoint Fire Rescue and possibly Catacombs and Sentinels of the Multiverse.
CAH Pretty much makes an appearance later in the evening and is pretty much one of the best ways to round out an evening.
Well, I have read through most of the instructions, so should be ok, though the first play through might be a bit rough, having to refer to the instructions multiple times for rule clarification If I have time before coming over tonight, will try to reread them quickly. It reads alot like MtG, where you have to have so many Leadership(mana) points to summon monsters, and when a monster moves/attacks/etc, you tap their corresponding card to their figure till the next turn.
Thanks to everyone that showed up and had some fun! (Mental Note: Rainsmercy, you've got my Justice League DVD, just bring it over to the next game night!)
Actually, I left it at your house, I put it back in its case (please double check though)
I'll bring over Dungeon Command on the 26th and maybe we can get a game in. Games I still want to play: CAH, and now Sentinels of the Multiverse...(you evil GWJer for introducing me to all of these boards games I never knew existed! )
I'm going to make a real effort to show up this month, and not just because I need an excuse to buy this...
Aaand we just got tickets to the wild that night. Gah! Well, there's always July.

There's also May and June before then

Indeed, but I've got clients in VA I'll be at for those months.
I can make it this month; I'll bring along King of Tokyo + expansion, maybe Marvel Legendary. Will probably be a bit late, as I need to watch part of the NFL Draft 2nd round. And yes, I'm serious, I'm one of those people. I'll probably DVR the stuff I miss and watch it when I get home. And yes, I'm still serious.
