WYOMING WINS A GAME!!!!!!!

Hawaii beats UNLV, 49-17 or something like that. Game wasn't quite that close, as my second teamers gave up a late TD.

UNLV couldn't get anything going on offense, with a first half time of possession of only 2:30. They ended up with nearly a quarter of the total time of possession (meaning Hawaii held the ball for 3/4 of the time). Hawaii converted 11/12 third downs and 1/1 fourth downs...meaning I never punted.

I did throw two INTs when I got pass happy. Luckily I didn't do that much, as I had 59 rushing attempts (310 yards) versus 26 passing (222 yards).

NIU takes care of Akron 62-14. Everybody on the team got to play! 3 QBs and 8 RBs/FB got some time.

Kansas prove to not be completely worthless, rebounding from their collapse versus to Texas Tech to beat TCU 41-38 in OT. The game also went down as my #1 classic game with a score over 1200 points.

Despite letting TCU take 14-0 and 28-7 leads, the game never felt as out of control as last week's game. I was moving the ball and not turning it over, but a missed FG and some stalled drives limited scoring, not turnovers. And while TCU was scoring, they had to convert several third downs, so it always felt like I was close to getting the stops and could get back in the game. The real kicker was a drive late in the first half when Jake Heaps did throw and INT that lead to a late TD that gave TCU a 21-7 halftime lead instead of tying the game up for Kansas. TCU got the ball to open the second half and completed the full effect of that breakdown. But a change in defensive strategy that resulted in TCU having to punt in successive drives and relying more on rollouts to throw, Kansas climbed back into the game as Heaps ran for a TD and threw for two more tying it at 28-28.

But TCU roared back and scored another TD, forcing Kansas to drive one more time. Heaps came threw again, hitting Andrew Turzilli for an 18 yard strike with less than a minute left. Kansas was able to hang on to force OT, but just barely, as TCU moved into FG range. But Kansas snagged an INT at the goal line to avoid the loss with just just 5 seconds left. Yeah, TCU should not have been throwing.

In OT, TCU drove and had a 1st and goal from the 1 yard line, but failed to score, setting for a FG. This allowed Heaps and James Sims to take over the game, finishing it on a 1 yard TD run by sims.\

So, yeah, this is why I love this game. Some of the most fun I have ever had playing video games. I hoped I was not in for more of what Texas Tech did to me last week. I don't mind losing, but that was a beatdown that was not fun at all.

Duke beats down Bowling Green to remain unbeaten and hopefully move up from number 23 in the polls. With that I believe everyone is ready to advance.

So a little off topic. But with GTA V Online starting today. Anyone want to start a crew to do missions and other things? I tried GTA Online a little bit this morning first time the servers were messing up so non of the jobs were showing up but its fun.

i am up for the gta 5 crew. i want to have a crew of bikers like the sons of anarchy type of crew

Duke beats Virginia with the help of back to back pick 6's.

Lol @ gta online. More like gta: launching session

Wow. We have only one more game left! (And, Jayhawker: lots of recruiting points left for KU!)

I'll be leaving Saturday for a week. If we can roll before then, I'll try to get in my game against Colorado State before leaving.

Yeah if Rockstar gets it working correctly I would like to 1. Play and then 2. Start a crew

I was able to create a character and watch the opening video

gta online is working for me now

It's working but their cloud servers were down.

All games are played! Nice win, myGR41N3.

Jayhawker – are you going to use those recruiting points or are you ready to roll?

i had played that game winning 2 times and my internet fails on me both times. finally got a whole game done without my internet messing up.

Just waiting on Jayhawker to recruit.

Go ahead and roll, as I have it set to let the CPU recruit.

I will advance the league when I get out of work!

I'm off for Rome. I'll be back next Saturday. I'll at least recruit from the web. If people get anxious, you can roll without me. But I wouldn't mind playing.

We can make this a long week, I don't mind. Not like I'm out of things to play right now.

"Unfair recruiter," indeed. Stupid Wyoming steals my QB!
