NCAA 14 - XBOX360 - GWJ League -Season 3, Conference Title Week - Next roll by 6/10/14

Weird, I lost my HB last week, and also for eight weeks.

So, watching your replays, Jayhawker: Beautiful layout TD grab by Turzilli...but it was totally gratuitous since he was so wide open.

Also, in the previous 15 yard TD to Parmalee, you had two guys open in that same area of the field. Nice of ISU to take a play off on defense!

I'm ready. Several others might be and just have extra points from recruits signing and not looking at more.

who is done recruiting? I can roll it whenever

I'm done. I have points left, but only have 5 scholarships left to give. I deleted a bunch of my lower rated players so that they would not take slots over the higher rated guys I have left. I have set my team to Ready.

I'm done

I think we're just waiting on Bill Bonney and his 1500 points of recruiting.

Lets get this over with Willie. Are you free tomorrow?

Yeah I should be. What time works for you

whenever. i'm going to plant on my couch for a majority of the day.

The QB play in this game was terrible

Syracuse comes out with a 28-14 victory. I'd like to say it was my defense but both of our QBs went full {ableist slur} this game. Easy passes sailing wide all over the place.

Big plays were the story however. Pinned back inside the 10, Duke took a safety. On the ensuing possession, my QB took a read option 45 yards to the endzone to complete a 9 point swing and take the lead for good.

Jerome Smith carried the rest of the game on his back to finish with another 100+ yard day. Duke had him bottled up pretty well till the fourth.

Terps are back in, albeit with a horrible recruiting result based on my lack of skill and multiple drops from the league. I'll stick with the Terps if need be, but would anyone care if I switched teams? Do we need representation in another conference?

Wow, only one game remaining. Nice win, SnipeZ.

I have no problems with you switching teams. Ask our commish for guidance...

You can roam around. I don't mind. When we get to custom conferences, remind me.

Cool. I'll take a look and see what's out there.

Thanks, If you look at the stats you will notice that I lost my starting QB and the backup came in and went near perfect to lead my team to their first even conference title.

Once Bill plays, we can stroll into bowl season. Only took us 2 months to get through season 2. Took us 4 months to get through season 1. Nice work!

At that pace we should get through season 3 in two weeks

My other league that is every 2 days rook 3 weeks.

I'll play tomorrow night.

Looks like we're ready to roll!

Spoiler alert. Syracuse is the real deal.

I hate Alabama.

Duke blows out Ole Miss who really seemed like they shouldn't have been there based on their W-L record. So what are the rules for taking a different job? Does it have to remain a 3-4 star school or does it not matter since there isn't a new NCAA game coming out.

I don't have a huge problem with someone taking as good of a job as they can get via the Carousel. It's the reward for leveling up from scratch.

That's what you get for beating Hawaii! If you'd just have let me win the Big 12, you might have ended up in the Fight Hunger Bowl or something, playing Detroit.

And, good God, how did Connecticut end up ranked 6th and going 11-1??

Ole Miss had a 6-6 record, which is bowl eligible. Did they not meet the selection criteria for your specific game?

With regards to new jobs, my inclination would be to say you can take any job offered via the coaching carousel.

If you switch teams without being offered a job, look for a school in line with the majority of other user programs. I suspect most of us are 3* schools at this point, which would mean taking a 3* school. If most of us are 4*, go with that. I don't think we want folks hopping into 5 and 6* schools for this dynasty (we can create another one for that, if you're interested!).

Commish? What's the call?
