I once had a blaze in my nether fortress.

I bet that cream cleared that right up, didn't it?

Hope that's not too big, or it resizes. Didn't check the image size.

Images usually resize, though you may have to reload the page to see the difference.

I want to do some of those images for our server.

It's an annoyance generator. It just sits there and makes noise.

There are chickens in mine carts.

CHICKENS!

CURVED

SWORDS!

One more thing; I can't find a good tutorial for what I want to do with redstone, and I'd appreciate any advice on making a circuit that does the following. I'd like a switch that makes two things happen in a certain order (which I can do with repeaters set to delay and other tricks.) But switching back needs to make those things happen in the opposite order. That is:

Flip switch ---> Turn on piston A ---> Turn on piston B

Unflip switch ---> Turn off piston B ---> Turn off piston A.

Is there an easy way to make this happen?

Deleting double post.

I understand all those words, LZ, but I don't know how to make it happen. Can you describe how to make a short circuit, or is that something that'll be easily found on YouTube?

Put a repeater before piston A, but short circuit it. That way it turns on quickly, but the repeater leaves it powered for longer when it's turned off.

Here's a video...

I whipped up a video that shows it in its simplest sense. On the delayed circuit you can put whatever combination of repeaters you need to get the timing just how you'd like it. The short circuit is just a direct wire to the piston with no repeaters. That way it receives power quickly, but turns off with a delay.

Thanks a gazillion, LZ. That's perfectly clear.

Requesting whitelist

Sorry, been juggling stuff here and forgot to do this. She's added now.

Also done. Stick around and post some.

Will do, there are others with myself if they could get possible whitelist as well
IGN : MrsNerdyRage, TylerAtw, Fungasm, pandattack, owlove

Well, at that level I'll let the community vote on that. This isn't meant to be a public server and that's further from "Goodjer +1" than I typically feel comfortable just adding.

Alright, Thanks for the notice

I suspect it's against the spirit of our little survival world, but I'm going to ask anyway.

I have a project under construction that would really benefit from the addition of several creeper heads. I know that creeper heads are not available in survival mode at present, and are only available in creative.

1) Is it even possible for a server admin to create a stack of things that are only available in creative mode for those of us who would like to use them?

2) If so, is it kosher to make that happen? I'm torn, because I really like the sense that "I worked hard to make this happen," that you get from a survival world and I don't want to cheapen it. But creeper heads would be really, really cool to have.

If Shadow vouches for them, I'm okay with it.

I'm with Robear, but I am curious how you found us?

No griefing, and try to be a good neighbor. And definitely post more, just on general principles.

ShadowTactic I believe is through Stylez, which is how I vetted him. Since we have a couple of yays if I haven't heard any nays by tomorrow I'll whitelist them. Feel free to PM me in confidence if you want to be a naysayer. I know some are still spooked from prior griefing and we have fewer systems in place to deal with that now. I tend to be more comfortable with leniency with active members than I am with people that don't have any community history.

Just make sure they understand the basic rules, I guess. Most people are okay.

Yes I do vouch for them as we all understand server rules, if there are any others that wished to be known let me know. We're more or less looking for a mature community/server for our let's plays and other build projects as we do record quite often.

I've always thought of gamers with jobs as a place to get away from the kind of distrust and hostility you normally find on the internet, and if I have to risk the things I've built on the sever to keep it that way, then that's fine with me.

But if things do go bad, (which I don't think it will but we should still be prepared for it) I'm also OK with not letting family and friends on until the person asking to have them be put on the whitelist has ether donated to the site in some capacity, be it donating to the server the site or something like what trichy set up for his nephew.

That seems reasonable.

Well, this is why we're here, after all.

I like this outlook.

I have no knowledge of the second part, so I can exclude that from my endorsesment.

I felt so smug when I tricked an enderman into going through a nether gate. On the other side, he seemed so lost and confused. But I must've looked at him directly, because he came charging after me. I laughed as I ran, until KAPOW he somehow hurled me quite a distance into super deep lava. That motherf*cker. When I came back, he was gone.
