Star Citizen Catch-all

--EDIT-- SORRY I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE STARFIELD THREAD.

So......is it weird that I'm thoroughly enjoying this. After reading all the negative takes I bought it anyway because I love space RPGs and I'm having a blast. In fact I struggle to put it down to sleep.

Playing on my steam deck. It's not certified but with low graphics settings apart from the occasional slow down in city's it works fine for me.

Recently I boarded a space casino and shot lots of pirates in zero gravity. Then I joined the space police, took a pilots exam in a simulator, and

Spoiler:

did
a captain Kirk by hacking the simulator to give me an edge.

Then I foiled a bank robbery and sold books.

I'm living the dream. I guess this is just one of those games I'm going to love despite the majority opinion.

Yeah, it would be pretty weird if you were thoroughly enjoying Star Citizen.

Some people seem to, though I don't understand how or why.

Money launderers love this one trick!

This piece reads very much like the Star Citizen PR team had a big hand in it.

No mention of money laundering.

Can't take serious.

No, it's worse than that. It's a piece that reads like it was written without consulting The Guardian's specialist games journalists. These include Keith Stuart and Dominik Diamond.

However, given that it appears in the Games section, I can only assume that was either commissioned or accepted unsolicited by Keza MacDonald who is listed at the Guardian's video games editor.

The Guardian's website says that the article's author, Oliver Holmes "was previously Jerusalem correspondent and has reported across the Middle East and Asia."

Go figure...

So he has experience with never-ending situations...
