Recommend me some PDF anotation for iPads

As part of moving my company away from printing all these silly slide decks, I was thinking a good transition would be to use our iPads to scribble notes on things. I've made abortive attempts into researching options before, but didn't get too far.

What's good out there? What are things I should keep in mind?

Goodreader just got updated to version 4.

And most of the new features that comes with that new version number is for better anotating of PDFs.

Check it out here.

I have a feeling that we're going to end up there, since we already use Good for Enterprise for mobile email. But I'm fighting with a "Good says it's completed sync, but there's nothing in the user's inbox" issue again, and I'm frustrated that reinstall, reboot, and wait seem to be the only tools I've gotten to ever fix that error.

Edit: Remote wiped content on devices from Good console. It just doesn't give me confidence in putting more faith in the platform.

Huh. I'd had no idea that GoodReader was part of anything but itself.

Oh, sorry. Got GoodReader confused with iAnnotate for Good, Good being a platform for secure email (and lots of stuff we don't use it for).

Gotcha. That would be the danger of giving software really generic names.

I've never really used the annotation features of GoodReader myself, but it was originally recommended to my by someone who does. I've been using it for a couple of years now and really like it for reading PDF's.

For what that's worth.

Ah, a complication to the confusion: There's a version of GoodReader that secures and syncs data for users via Good Technologies' Good Dynamics platform.

So.

I'm going to download the stand-alone versions for testing.

How about the Readdle system and PDF Expert 5?
