As I understand it, the command tower was misclassified as a target in the simulation, and one of the many optimal bombardment patterns it calculated happened to involve taking that "target" out first. This isn't a rogue AI; it's a good old-fashioned software bug.
I'm going to keep saying "garbage in garbage out" we're all too worried until the day AI truly does take over and then I'll say "I knew it all along."

Not all toilets (by which I think Bill means bathrooms) smell bad. There is definitely a science to controlling how scent flows. Portable outhouses are engineered to help draw the smell out of the outhouse and up. Park bathrooms can be anywhere from a basic hole with a roof to a hole with a complex system of pipes and vents that pull the smell out of the bathroom. It's a lot more complex than we poop there.
