I think, as a theme, it speaks to the imposter syndrome inside most of us.
I have never heard of this series but this trailer looks fun
I have not watched the series, but I've read all the available volumes of the manga (number 11 just came out), and it is a hoot. There is an excellent chance I'll go see the movie this weekend.
It can't be worse than the last live action movie
Transformers One | Official Trailer
I thought Rise of the Beasts was the best Transformers since the first one. Of course, that is a very low threshold.

Basically, the world's greatest spy, Lloyd, has to go on an 11 month mission for which he will need to pose as a regular family man. To this end, he adopts a 6 year old girl, Anya, who passes his tests perfectly. She does so because, unbeknownst to Lloyd, she is a psychic who can read his mind. He then looks for a wife and, with Anya's help, ends up picking Yor, the world's greatest assassin. Yor doesn't know about Lloyd's real identity and vice versa, but Anya knows about them both. Hilarity ensues.

Transformers One | Official Trailer
Besides the Bumblebee movie with Hailee Steinfeld, this looks like it could be the best thing to come out of the Transformers movie franchise.
And, I've probably just given it the kiss of death with that comment.
I literally (not figuratively) LOLed at the Feige / Cocaine bit.
Christ, even the trailer's messed me up.
I thought the Exorcism movies were about possession, not zombies.
I guess, why not both?
David Hyde Pierce!
Checked if this was a sequel to Russel Crowe's "The Pope's Exorcist" but it looks like he's playing a completely different character.
David Hyde Pierce!
I was shocked as hell to see him in there. What a weird choice...but I guess I'm glad he is still working?
My wife and I have been rewatching the recent trilogy over the past few days. They truly are some of my favorite movies of all time, and I can't wait to see the new one.
Are we now finally running out of stuff from the 80s to do over again?
They’re stretching a movie into a series?! I already know the ending. And if they change it, then what’s the point? Hard pass. Hollywood really seems to be out of ideas.
Although, I follow a few screenwriters on social media who complain that there are tons of great, new ideas that have been bought by film studios, but that execs are afraid to take a chance on.
Looks awesome!
I'll watch it, because, like Godzilla x Kong, (or the first Twister movie) it is perfect brain candy.
