Happy Hump Day Survey!

There is this thing called Google Earth that they could have used. Sheesh. I've spent some time in Moffat County CO and if it's anything like Jackson County, then yeah they were way off the mark, to my recollection.

The style of houses is all wrong, too, and there are rats everywhere. I have never seen a wild rat in Colorado. You also wouldn't ever see fireflies where they have you see them.

I'm really nitpicking; I'm just tired of getting derailed into Yet Another Combat Encounter and feel like complaining instead.

Since I've missed the thread for over a month, I figured I'd chime in with a late response:
Health: Peaches
Extra Life: Barbecue ribs

HAPPY HUMP DAY!!!!!!

Media road trip! List any songs, movies, books, or games you can think of with the words "road" or "drive" in the title.

Getting the obvious out of the way...

Expanding the scope a bit to include 'highway' and 'route':

Jeremy Soule's Road Most Traveled

There actually aren't a lot of Disney choices for this prompt unless you expand it out to other car-related words like highway. The only ones I could find are this, On the Open Road from A Goofy Movie or Portobello Road from Bedknobs and Broomsticks. There are quite possibly others I'm forgetting.

Beep-beep m-beep-beep yeah!

Everyone's already picked most of what I would have.

Here's two fun driving "highway" songs:

Demyx, that Rihanna song was from Wreck It Ralph?! Those visuals do NOT match the lyrics.

I don't think it was written for Wreck It Ralph but it's in the movie.

Here's the actual scene from the movie.

Surprised no one posted this yet.

This is the quintessential road trip song for me:

My fave Tom Petty road trip song was American Girl. One downside though is I always think of this:

Spoiler:

Pain don't hurt.

I'm sticking with music this time. Here are a couple more with some extra flavor text.

After Freddie's death, Brian May worked through his grief and longstanding depression by finishing his first solo album, Back to the Light. This song was part of his climb out of the depths. It's well worth owning the whole album if you don't already, IMO. You won't find a more heartfelt and genuine musician than Brian.

This next one brings back old memories of night time drives down misty, winding roads by Jordan Lake and sitting beside bonfires on the shore with a bunch of crazy drunk people.
