I don't but I did notice how sped up it must be. In the lower part you can see cars driving along and it is clear it is sped up a lot .

One of these happened right before my eyes on a westward drive home in Los Angeles in the mid-nineties. As the Wikipedia article mentions, some launches out of Vandenberg are at just the right time to create these.
It was dazzling to behold. At first I had no idea what I was seeing because of the lack of context or warning. I was able to work it out, of course, but it's easily one of the strangest and most arresting things I've ever seen.
It feels like the first time, it feel like the very first time!

I expect it was one shot per note, trimmed to the right timing, then arranged in the correct order with judicious use of ctrl-c>ctrl-v. So a decent amount of work, but for someone who knows their way around the editor nothing too egregious.
Matching the shoe color to the Boomwhacker in each shot... now that was a genius touch that took some real effort.

If I remember correctly, the point of the video was if this happens to you, don't act like a seal, don't start splashing and flailing, look the shark directly in the eyes letting it know you're a predator as well, and then go boop I got ur nose and push it away.

Yeah I believe she is intentionally splashing to get it's attention.
