Chicago-ish Goodjers: Tokens & Tankards, Nov. 3

Chicago Loot Drop, the charity McChuck, E Hunnie and I founded, is doing a craft beer pairing event on Sunday afternoon. We got local craft brewers to donate their stuff, and we're pairing those brews with arcade games at Emporium. Who's up for an S&T with booze and bits? Fellow goodjers, I give you Tokens & Tankards.

Chicago Loot Drop presents Tokens & Tankards

$30 gets you 40oz. of beer samples plus 10 tokens. It's $28 if you buy ahead online. As usual, funds raised go toward buying games and other entertainment for kids at Comer Children's Hospital on the south side.

And it's tax deductible, so just write it off and then it's basically free beer.

<-- Not an accountant.

In case you're all wondering, you don't have to love kids in order to attend. You just have to love games and beer.

I am going to be there, so you know it will be cool.

See you there!

Great idea! Hope it's going well! I have to miss it but will send a donation your way. I suck at arcade games anyway, and am only mildly better at drinking.

Apparently you hate kids, games AND beer.

I was at my nephew's dedication. Apparently, you can only do that once while we can always have tokens and tankards next year. Regardless, I still bought a ticket.
