NFL 2013: Week 7

Harry Douglas... FROM LOUISVILLE... is having an awesome half.

6 targets, 6 catches, 140 yards, 1 TD.

He's being "covered" by rookie Jonathan Banks, who also turned Riley Cooper into Jerry Rice last week.

Why is Revis not coving him? He's literally their only receiver.

Because Greg Schiano is smarter than you, and is therefore probably playing zone on the other side of the field.

I wish I were kidding.

Lol red zone!

Tampa game

Is this going to be an onside kick?

nope... we thought it might be

5 mins left down by 11.

Free football for Pats-Jets. Ugh.

A win is a win, but man am I ever tired of watching noodle arm Dalton underthrow AJ Green when he's beaten the coverage. Every. Game.

So is my fantasy team.

Pats run D is really missing Wilfork and Mayo right now.

What the f*ck was that call?

Can't believe I am stuck watching Brandon Weeden throw horrible passes instead the end of the Pats/Jets game.

Jets win on a strange penalty that gives them a second-chance chip-shot field goal.

Most of the country seems to be stuck with Bal/Pit. In previous years that might have been good, but goodness gracious it's awful right now.

At least there are 4 afternoon games, so Red Zone has something to switch around to.

Hey. Kaep is running for TDs again.

Figures.

The Case Keenum Era is pretty nice so far!

Foster leaves with a hammy... Best football related decision I made this year was no fantasy football.

Not having to grind injury reports and match ups just for it to blow up in your face makes watching much infinitely more relaxing.

Sorry bro. I even tried to talk my wife into going home to visit her family this weekend so I could go to the game.

But they bought me tickets to SF@Tampa for my birthday instead.

Man TB and Jaguars in fight for #1 pick. The problem is at least TB can score points which means they may somehow win a game.

This also means Schiano is DEFINITELY gone. No way the Glazers let a lame duck coach pick a franchise QB with their 1st pick next year

Woo. 24-0 49ers. And 2 TDs for Gore. Good day for my team and my fantasy team.

It's always nice when your NFL team makes up for your college one (I'm talking to you, Utes!).

To quote someone else (regarding Alex Smith's score), "The ultimate QB fake, where the QB doesn't know it's a QB run."

Panthers-Rams was actually a gang fight and not actually a football game. But CAR won, so we're now 3-3, just 2 game behind NO (with two games vs. the Saints still to come) and back in the wild card hunt, if not the divisional chase.

Two interesting QB notes:

* It looks like Sam Bradford shredded his knee. He got pushed out of bounds late (it wasn't a late or dirty hit), and he fell down like he had been shot. Apparently he wears a brace on his left knee, and that's the knee he hurt.

* Don't be fooled by Cam Newton's numbers -- just 204 yards passing today (and only 242 last week). But he's been super sharp (and consistently sharp) with his passes in a way he hasn't, well, ever. Watch out.

What the hell is that GIF?

BIG stop for the Texans just now!

And another Alex Smith GIF coming up.

Does it have JJ Watt in it?

No idea, but I love it.

On Bal-Pit: I am so damned disappointed in this game. We look like ass on both sides of the Bal, and it seems like Dum is putting up more yard for Pitt than any real production for us. I'm still watching it, but I'm about ready to vomit. Scratch that. Even if they take the ball back, they can't take the vomit out of my keyboard. Urk.

If Reynaud isn't cut by the next game I'm boycotting the rest of the season. Dude is literally worthless.

Edit: 49'ers fans may be more obnoxious than Steeler fans.

Hot damn Texans get a pick! Bring that GIF!

Definitely most obnoxious coach.
