Decent overview from Kotaku on the top (constantly changing list) titles for the platform (link says 8, currently, there are 12). Good format in the overviews, featuring a "good match for, not for those who want" summation, ie.

Actually, while looking into the 3DS I also revisited my Vita. I’d never seriously considered it because I’d always kept my Vita on the latest version of the official firmware. But apparently it’s totally possible. A temporary hack allows you to rollback to an earlier version and install CFW. Then Retroarch and save states for PSP games are a go. You can also boost the clock speed for smoother frame rates and spoof your version to the PSN store so that you can still buy and download games. Anyway, it’s a bit off topic but it means I’ll leave my 3DS alone for now.
