Downloading Gwent beta - Is there a thread somewhere?

Gwent

Thanks. Just saw it was available on PSN, thought i'd give it a go later.

Oh! I thought it was a PC only thing. I hope they put it on everything and by everything I mean just the Switch. I'm waiting to start the game once it's out of Beta because I mostly just want to play the solo scenario.

Car purchasing discussion/ techniques/ tips, tricks, etc? I remember something discussed in the Post a Picture of Your Silly Purchase of the Month thread, but I was also curious if there was a dedicated thread for it as well.

I'd just hit up the "car lovers" thread. There's a variety of discussion there, but it's not always active, so a tangent on car buying would probably be welcome, I imagine. I just bought a new Toyota Tacoma earlier this year, so I have thoughts on that particular car specifically. It's a bit of an oddball to buy new, though.

Trying to find the Splinter Cell Blacklist thread. No luck.

Is there a thread on buying homes and moving to a new place? My wife and I are looking at our first big home purchase in 13 years and this will be our first move with a kiddo.

This Old #%&@*$ House has had a lot of posts about this. Can't find an active home buying thread.

Is there a thread for TV shows that are on a non-Netflix/Amazon/Hulu streaming platform and aren't big enough to merit a thread of their own?

There's the "Hidden Gems of..." line of threads, but those might not be exactly what you're after...

Hidden Gems of Netflix
Hidden Gems of Hulu
Hidden Gems of Amazon Prime Video

Wow... I'm so sorry OG_slinger...

I massively failed that. Sorry I don't have anything better for you.

Ha! No worries!

There's the general Fall 2016/Spring 2017 TV thread. That might have mention of streaming shows too...

Cosplay help? I need a maroon ringer t shirt with white rings. I want to add more white strips and fade certain parts... Then put on a logo.

Maybe I should hit up reddit...

Is there a thread for vacation planning/help/advice, whether general questions, or, 'does anyone live near X, been to X'?

I don't really want to make a thread just for my trip to the U.S. this summer, so...is there a catch all? Should I make one?

I tried making this one for travel a while back...

Yeah there are lots of threads for certain cities or states, but those are mostly about get-togethers (S&Ts) in those areas. But everyone seems to use them for "I'm visiting x, what to do? and/or let's hang out" topics.

I know I've seen North Carolina, Ohio, New York, Portland, and some others myself. Probably several more, wherever there is a mass gathering of goodjers.

There's also a Disney World thread where everyone gives tips and tricks and talks about their trip to there specifically.

I kind of need all of the above, although I can probably find a Michigan S&T, but I also need just a random amount of vacation advice on a range of topics so...hopefully people want to help out...

I can't find a Fallout: New Vegas catch-all. Surely this must exist?

It does, but it doesn't have "catch-all" in the title.

Thanks. There's 59 squillion posts in there but the site search couldn't find it.

Anyone know if there is a thread for the game Human Fall Flat? I'm finding the depth of the game surprisingly similar to Zelda: BotW and I'm hoping to strike up a conversation about it.

Search only indexes the first page of each thread, so it's really really limited.

Which I prefer for the D&D section but it's kind of limiting everywhere else.

Isn't there some gift thread, not one for a specific steam sale, but a general one where people talk giving and thank each other for gifts? I swear I remember one like that but search fails me.

Is there a retirement catch-all?

Is there a thread about having internet with a data cap?

Maybe the keys to happiness ? though that's more key giveaways. Every steam sale certainly gets one, nothing else coming to mind at the moment.

Random thing you loathe right now.

Is there a thread for discussing losing interest in, going through a funk with, or having a general malaise toward video games?

I think there have been a few threads like that over the years, but the only I could find using the search function is this one.

The various "pile" threads? Might spark something.

Or take a vacation from it... I know I went through a "gaming funk" a while ago. They'll still be there, when (or even if) you get back - they don't mind (ya know, with their lack of sentience, and all that...).
