Me too! Let's high five for both being so awesome!

JRPG high fives require striking a pose and a five-minute cutscene involving dragons and meteors.

Don't forget to throw up a peace sign, too!

Aw man, I was just about to post that!

It *almost* is for me as well. Fire Emblem is shortly thereafter, which is bad. And I'm 60 hours into Persona 4 and would like to finish that before starting a new RPG. Otherwise I'm jacked.

AND DARK SOULS, RIGHT?!?!?

The Eye of Sauron is upon you, DSG!

I am SO on board for that today!

I've been looking so hard for an image of JRPG characters high fiving. The Internet has failed me.

Best I could come up with -

It's two of Tidus' teammates in the opening sequence of Final Fantasy X.

Did some poking around and it looks like you can change the game difficulty at any time.

Pre-order get!

Dark Souls is part of my life forever. So that's obvious.

We have last-minute stock of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch that will be available to fans on http://bit.ly/UIm52U. So if you missed it the first time around, this is your last chance!

That hardback book sure is impressive...

Whoa, it looks like they added some stuff to the package even though the ninostarter thing didn't get very far. I didn't know that part of the soundtrack was gonna be a part of it. Sweet! I wonder how many pieces of music are on it.

Not that I would ever consider buying a game for a console I don't own or anything, but...

Where is the friggin' buy button?

We need to change your tag to "Poor Impulse Control".

Whoa, you're actually serious. There isn't a buy button.

I don't fool around about making terrible purchasing decisions.

Edit: I ... y'know, I thought today was 1/17. I hope you all had some fun at my expense.

Just one question: How many mangled torsos does the Wizard Edition include?

Ha! I didn't check the date either. Not that I need it because I already have a copy pre-ordered.

While I'm not going to spring for the wizard edition, I did preorder this recently. I only (very) recently discovered that I actually enjoy a decent JRPG, and this seems like it'll be worth it

Heavens help me, I'm still tempted to spring the extra money for that crazy super edition... but I really don't need it, just the game itself is fine.

I have manged to keep myself from indulging in this wonderful piece of software until I buy my official, very own PS3; my brother in law's loaner isn't stable enough of a thing as for me to commit to something so special as a level 5 RPG. This will be a part of my library within minutes of acquisition of the console in question.

Say "fuzzy pickles"!

Well....Looks like I'll be getting the wizard edition after all

EDIT: Gaaahhhh it's the 17th and there is no wizard edition available! GAAAAAHHHH

EDIT x2: Oh, just checked the facebook page. Thursday @ 10:00 a.m. PST.

I hope my brain does not remind me of this information in 4'ish horus.

Don't worry--I'll remind you!

Finally played the demo. Gotta say I'm thoroughly impressed with the artwork, as I expected to be. The mountain portion of the demo was incredible looking. The enemies and characters don't quite live up to the same standard, imho.

Gameplay-wise I was bored to tears. I just don't like the way Level 5 games play. I don't. They're just too basic for me. Not sure basic is the word I want. *sigh* Well, I'm super busy and super broke right now, so I suppose I'll be waiting on this title. Actually, that works out for the best as my sound system is in storage and I'd be missing out on that soundtrack.

Oh, quick question: The game isn't fully voiced? I was surprised that I had to read text. Guess I assumed it was all voiced.

They leave VO out of sports demos for space reasons, might be the same here. I think Blue Dragon did the same.

I tend to prefer text to VO, personally.

In this case, though, we'll have the Japanese VO, so you get the best of both text and VO.

Oh! I didn't realize we were getting that option. Nice!

That's what I'm hoping even though the download was rather large. I wonder how many disc's this would be on the 360...
