There seems to be a fair number of running gwjers among us, both fledgling and formidably experienced. However, I haven't come across a purely general thread about running, so I thought I would set one up.
I labelled this thread "Running and Related Exercise" because I think it will be a perfect home for any discussions about:
- Triathlon training
- Any other sports that support your running routine
I'll kick things off by picking up from the GWJ 500 Mile Run Club 2013 thread's discussion about running in cold weather.
I find a wide neck gaiter of the sort that covers not only your neck but a part of your chest, like the kind that motorcyclist's wear, to be absolutely indispensable when running in temperatures like -10C to -20C. As long as I have my neck gaiter, I could be running naked for all I care.
