So this looks like this is actually a thing.
From the trailer it looks like the boss fights might be fairly cool, although I have to admit I was expecting more of a "Versus" style fighting game when I saw the title.

I'm excited. There's also this project which is going to demo on the same date. Best anniversary ever!
If anything would give you tutorial PTSD, it would be Dream Team.

Played this yesterday at the Sf25 tourney. It's legit, and totally Mega Man. Watched a kid in front of me beat Chun-Li and unlock her lightning kick. It was rad.
From what I hear, this was a fan project that Capcom offered to distribute. Pretty awesome of the company.

This game is out! Download now!
Well I downloaded it, but the keys aren't responding. Enter works for the "press start" prompt, but I can't use WASD to select my stage, nor do K or L seem to do anything. Plugging an Xbox controller in also gets me nowhere, even though gamepads are supposed to be supported. Anyone know of any solutions? I'd like to check this out.
Did you plug the controller in before starting the game? It sounds like it does the controller check at start. No clue about the keyboard though
I managed to get through Ryu and Chun-Li, attempted Blanka and Rolento. I really like this, the mechanics are sound and the boss fights are really interesting because the bosses have a much larger reportoire than your standard Robot Master. Some really nice touches integrating the styles of each franchise which is cool.
Only downside is there's no password or save system
If it's Japanese-style controls, it'll be arrow keys and z/x.
Buncha fun haters around here...
When you really get down to it, isn't a hearse really just an unsuccessful ambulance?
The ones I used were the ones from the game's readme file.
Figured it out! It doesn't like having my Nostromo plugged in. It doesn't like having my Nostromo not plugged in either... I have to launch it with the thing unplugged, at which point the controls work but everything is really slow. Then I plug the ol' n52 back in and it goes back to normal speed.
Damn this is tough. And people thought Mega Man 9 was difficult...
I understand why they took the mega-buster's charge shot out of MM9. It's not a particularly fun mechanic.
Played a bit last night. Game didn't recognize my Logitech PS2 pad clone, so it was keyboard for me (once I reset the keys....at first it was stuck in up-left mode). Made it a bit through the top left guy's stage, whoever he is, before losing all of my lives. Then changed to Chun-li's stage and had little trouble until I got to her. Only managed to take her down to about half health so far.
Please help a friend of mine hear again.

Rolento's from the Alpha games, which is where Capcom decided that the Final Fight series is part of the Street Fighter mythos. I had a hard time with that stage and couldn't get to the halfway point before giving up for the night.
For anyone who wants it, Chun-Li's weakness:
And I'll be very surprised if Chun-Li's weapon isn't the one for the final boss.
New build coming on Friday with password saves!
