I've been gaming with the same friends since college. We have "game nights" on Tuesdays and Thursdays where we reserve a 3 hour block away from family and other responsibilities for the sake of our sanity.
At this point in time we are carving our way through Borderlands 2 in True Vault Hunter Mode but I'm starting to see interest waning. I give this game maybe a few more weeks until we start looking to move on until additional DLC arrives.
My problem is, for maybe the first time in 12 years I have no idea what to play next. Here's the major games we've played in the last twelve years:
Left 4 Dead 1 & 2
Call of Duty: MW
Bad Company 2
Battlefield 2 and 3
League of Legends (The last game that held our attention for over a year)
Guild Wars 2 (lasted only a month)
Some people in our group really shy away from turn-based games (sadly). MMO's also seem to be falling out of favor with our group. We are also PC exclusive because some people refuse to play consoles for reasons that have never been any good, but aren't going to change.
Please fellow Gamers with Jobs, do you have any suggestions?
