Just make sure you're not in-market for your favorite team. The blackout restrictions are pretty brutal for streaming live games.

I signed up. Go Pirates!

Good a few of you got it. It does mention it ends in Feb. '13. But DO remember to cancel, 'cause it automatically renews if you don't.

I was hopping around the late games last night and caught Braun's home run that left Wrigley. WOW.

Very cool. This will be so handy down the stretch watching different games with the wild card races. AND
when the play-offs coming, it will only become much, much cooler I would imagine, jumping from game
to game.

I don't know if this is still the case, but last season the playoffs weren't included. Instead, they sold a separate playoff package for $4.99 that was truly terrible because the camera perspectives were at really odd angles (foul lines, center field etc). It wasn't the the regular TV feed.

Yeah, they don't have rights to the playoff games, so you get internal video feeds. I think I saw that some of the games this year will be on MLB Network, and if so, you should be able to watch those through MLB.tv (again, likely through a 'playoff package').

That's right. I forgot that Fox is all over play-offs (and maybe ESPN and TNT). Oh well, still a pretty good deal imho.
