Thanks demonbox for another copy of Dear Esther, you will be facing off against the winner of Cragmyre vs. 4DSwissCheese for my forum affections :)

I'm from MA too - shouldn't that give me an edge ;)

No fair. I'm from Georgia, no way I can compete when compared to any other state.

Also, Shop, you should feel complimented that peeps rush into fill your void.

Spoiler:

And I don't mean that sexually in any way.

f*ck YOU ALAN WAKE. THAT BRIDGE SCENE IN THE CHAPTER 6 IS TOTAL BULLsh*t, AND YOU KNOW IT. STAGGERING HITS ON A MAP FULL OF HOLES THAT LEAD TO A CHECKPOINT 3 MINUTES BACK? AND THAT GODDAMN EXCAVATOR POLTERGEIST THAT CHAIN HITS YOU FOR AN INSTANT KILL? BULLsh*t. YES, I MAD. AFTER 10 ATTEMPTS, I'M f*ckING MAD.

Spoiler:

I'll try again in an hour.

Maybe you should play the pony game instead?

Must... resist... urge to gift....

OK, for all you guys who convinced my skeptical self to join the gamer horde playing Bastion.... God you people are right. That game is freaking awesome! And the music is terrific. Damn you all, now I suppose I'll like Trine too......so the pressure to purchase recommended games on here grows.....

I see you are back in Alan Wake again already. Good luck man! And no keyboard throwing.

Wow, no Enablement for EU3?

on a side note I am now totally addicted to hats. Yes I too have entered the TF2 nuthouse and am happily collecting my silly hats.

At least when I am not getting killed by zombies in Dead Island. Dang that is a good game

Must sleep... I dont think my boss will believe me if I call in during the steam sale.

You're screwed. Now you'll start pre-ordering $60 hats and getting some game along with it. Just one more hit... er... hat!

OK, so a sure sign that you have made enough purchases at the Steam Sale is when your credit card is put on hold due to "unusual activity".......

That why they've got the Steam Wallet. Make one or two big transactions to load up the wallet, then make all the little payments out of that.

I de-friended you then sent a friend request to feed your addiction.

Two new flash sales are up and you guys are talking about hattes and mannes.

Pendulo Studios Adventure Pack

Europa Universalis III

Skimmed past the last 385 posts so I might have missed something. Just got Metro 2033 on GreeManGaming and it turns out that they ran out of steam keys to give. Can I still play this game? Do I have to use their Capsule software? Will I eventually be given a key or will I just have to eat the $5? Anybody else with this issue?

Seems like they are rather unresponsive on their forums about this issue so there isn't much information there other than "Sorry we ran out but still let you buy it, haha sucker."

Steam keys will be generated and you will be able to play it - eventually! Usually takes a couple of days and it's Valve's responsibility, not GMG and it's even happened to me when buying things on steam itself...

No idea about being able to play it on their capsule software or not but you won't likely be playing it on steam until you get the key.

Ok cool. No need to use yet another steam-like service. Thank you.

EU3 was up on last refresh. New flash sale is Dungeon Siege franchise.

There you go, we can be friends now

OK, serious question. Does anybody know if Snuggle Truck is in any of the indie bundles? Sure, it's only $2 right now but if it somehow ended up cheaper during this sale I would be sad.

Big Thanks to Minaracist, and to KrazyTaco for the gifted games. They shall be well played.

Feel free to add me too!

What's the word on Dungeon Siege? I hear good things come out of Gas Powered, but never played these.

Snuggle... Truck... *checks it out... wtf?!*

Hasn't been in any of the indie bundle websites I've seen.

Someone please disable me on EU3... please. I don't know how long I can hold off on buying it.
Will... fading....

Beat it on my first try. Still, I stand by my capslocked post.

Spoiler:

A man cannot play what he does not have.

I am not able to get to Steam right to add anyone, but it would be awesome if when I got back on and I had a bunch of friend request. Look for ImNickson.

Start the countdown. I'll give it 10 minutes.

You clearly haven't seen people lamenting Steam's search feature.

Think I'm going to stay up and wait for Civilization to run out. Who knows what awesome flash deal might hide behind it! Like Just Cause 2 for 75%. * Crosses fingers*

For $5, it's definitely worth a look. I played it co-op with a friend and had a blast, though I would recommend a controller over keyboard+mouse if you have one. The only gripe I have with DS3 is that in co-op, players share a camera, so "doing your own thing" is never an option and sometimes you may have unfavorable angles to deal with.
