I was nearly in an accident driving home tonight. De-stressing with a nice glass of 13 year old Port. So... Good Brandy and Bad Wine?

I love it, the majority of these posts are within the 2am to 6am time slot. Good times.

*foresees a rather interesting episode of A&E's Intervention in this site's future*

Yeah, it's really hard to hold a wine glass while driving. I pour my port into a coffee mug so that I can put it in the drink holder.

That's horrible. A thermos would hold more.

A Camelbak is optimal since it allows hands free operation. And can hold 2 liters

I need to do this.

But then you'd be forcing more booze into your system anytime you leaned against something. I say big-boy sippy-cup with a crazy straw.

I've once put 4 Longtrail Doublebags in my camel back for a long 'family-friendly' bus trip to a sporting event. Never again. Getting the beer smell out of that thing took forever.

I didn't think they were normally insulated. Yum - 1.5 litres of warm beer! :puke:

They aren't very insulated but the compartment that the bladder goes in does have some degree of insulation. Easy solution is to use some flat ice packs.

You can buy the standalone version that comes insulated for $45 or so, I believe.

Or put something in there that you can drink warm.

I find the truest test of whether you actually like the beer you claim to like is:

"Can you drink it warm, and still like it?" (doesn't mean you don't prefer it cold)

If not... you're a victim of suave marketing.

Kexx has been writing for the sports page it seems:

I love to f*cking draw on receipts. My firend thinks I'm just trying to hit on waitresses, abut I also did it to the waiter at the barcade too. Because sdrawing is f*cking awesome. I love drawing. Well sketching really. I ask peoople wiant they want and it's awesome. They give me stupid small things and then I amke it amazing. I drew a f*cking sunfolower blasting a laser beam at kitchen staff for one waitress, I drew a ninja stealing a football, and a giant bunny about to eat a man. f*cking awesome.

I like it. There's no way it'll get me laid but I like it anwyawt so I ask people what they want me o to draw on the receipt and I draw something nerdified and it is fuantastic. No fan f*cking tastic. There.

Yukon Man (is that the name?) is also really sweet and strong. Don't think I'll do that again. That goes with Maker's Mark in the "too dangerous" group o' whiskeys.

Boners.

Yukon Jack perhaps?

This makes me really want to see that famous episode of Hi Ho Frapulisim where, by contrast, Kexx tries to score with a bartender by way of phony ventriloquism and an inappropriately bribed little person.

Ok, so I think I qualify to post in this thread even though I'm still going to correct every mistake. I've not been this drunk in a while, but hot damn, I'm quite drunk. WOooooo alcohol. Shalalm Baskur.

The family is off to CA this weekend so it's not much longer before I belong in this thread.

I learned a lot about myself on vacation. And one of those things I learned is that I like rum and coke. So much in fact that I need to have another.

Cubas!

Breaking out the globe for entertainment and seeing double already? That was fast. Whatcha drinkin'?

I don't drink anymore but when I did I could still type/correct fully coherently, so this is my favorite post.

Well, I think this refers to Cuba Libres but that's a white rum and my experience with Cubas is dark rum. Could be my experience with [Rio Grande] Valley people or just a Wikipedia issue. Either way, like I've said before I don't fall into the Shalalm Baskur realm. I'm either functional enough to type with correct grammar or I'm drooling and worrying if I need an adult diaper to avoid staining the carpet. There is no in between for me.

I wish I had known that in TF2, when I spent forever chasing you with a medic. I would have started drinking a whole lot sooner.

Agreed. I could always type correctly while drunk, but I did have a tendency to ramble when I spoke, as anyone who played Demigod with me on some nights could attest.
