After looking at that comment for the past day I finally got it. I chuckled!

Against all odds, last weekend was a good weekend.

Priceless, I especially like the cut as you hear the 'bonk' to the head, and the water works about to kick in.

On the plus side, your kid's some moves going on there

My elder son came over and brought along an awesome surprise this morning at oh-dark-hundred. My younger son got a week's vacation from work, and decided to come home for it. So they showed up to roust me for breakfast and after that they're going to settle in my living room for some Max Payne 3 with my son-in-law who has the day off. I will be in my office trying to get some work done in between getting called out to get shown the cool parts, damp-eyed and grinning like the Cheshire Cat.

Pho sure she tried to eat my supper!

and we had a great Canada Day (despite her teething at 3 months). IMAGE(http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee132/Bonnonon/Teagan/IMGP7796.jpg)

Fussy and drooly at 3 months sounds a lot more like growth spurt than teething, but who knows. My 5th started that about the same age and is still at it.

She's cute either way

Very cute! I really like her pose in the last picture.

You know your kids are heading for another growth spurt when a dozen eggs only just lasts the week.

Lilly had her 4 year health check recently. She is projected "on current height and weight values" to hit 182cm in her adult form... Time to get her practicing shooting hoops or into taekwondo.

My 11-year-old daughter is at summer camp this week, where she is building a house with a bunch of boys. She also has almost finished her back-to-school reading (it's just one book) and has knocked out a first draft of the presentation she has to do on her first week of (a new) school.

Meanwhile, my 8-yr-old son figured out how to work the sling shot his big sister built. Last night, he sailed a piece of sidewalk chalk over my car and into my neighbor's yard. With the bounce, the chalk went about 50 or so feet.

I have empathy for all you parents dealing with teething. It sucks in so many ways. But it gets better! I promise!

FTFY for when you get your finger stuck in there by mistake.

Pro-tip, the more you scream, the harder they bite, and the more they giggle at your contorted face.

I just blow a raspberry at him and he giggles and blows one back. That usually releases the trapped finger.

My daughter has started taking her first steps this week. Haven't been able to get a good video of it yet, but she'll be walking all over the place soon.

In the meantime, my wife just posted this picture to Facebook. Apparently our little girl had a rough wakeup from her nap (you can see why in the picture).

Oh man, stack overflow. Never fun.

Look, if you want to see the vampire lord powers, start your own character. It's not my fault you can only stay alert for five minutes at a time and have no proper control over your limbs.

Sure he looks innocent, until you realize he's pooping.

3 months tomorrow, hovering around 7.8kg... we have a giant on our hands.

I give you Duckilama and Little Duckie...who is now almost as tall as I am. (To be fair; I'm a hobbit...)

Man I could never pull that off with our daughter. Of coarse she never fell asleep unassisted for the first four months.

That could be me and my little girl 4 years ago. Somewhere on our massive photo-storage drive, there is a practically identical photo

I've got photos around here like that of me with my son and middle daughter. My youngest refuses to sleep if I'm anywhere near technology of any type. The trick I've found isn't to lay down like that, but recline somehow like in a chair.

Yes you do our little man is around 7.3kg and will be 11 months later this week. But our guy has dropped off of the birth weight chart so, he is very small.
