Justified thread

Is it just me or has Wynn Duffy's character changed quite a bit? I seem to remember him from the earlier seasons as an almost whimsical/comic-relief character and now he seems to be giving off a much darker vibe.

I guess that could be the effects of moving up in the organisation? He's a much bigger player now than he started.

Who else thinks Colt is a stick of dynamite lit at both ends? I say he is the odds on favorite to die in the season finale.

I have been intrigued by this show for a good long while, but I never caught it when it first started. I have been checking my TiVo to see if they would play old episodes that I could catch, but haven't really been able to catch them in order. I have checked Netflix Instant and Amazon Instant Video a couple time to no avail (as that would be the perfect place for this show, so me and my wife could take our time to catch up on this show at our own pace).

And on a whim this morning, I found on the "Recently Added" part of the Amazon Prime Instant Video page that Justified is there!

I must confess that I just skimmed the last page, so as to not get spoiled on the new season, so maybe I missed someone else professing this news. Either way, I had to share with others because I wasn't made aware of this! This is a perfect venue for me to be able to catch up with this show, I've heard soooo many good things about it and I just love Timothy Oliphant! Hope to catch up with the rest of you GWJ peeps and join in on the conversation

Quite the slow burn so far this season and the tension just keeps building. I though they were kidding about the Arlo thing until you see him and Raylon together at the end of the episode.

Two things need to come to a head before Colt takes a dirt nap: Johnny's discovery of Colt's mistake and Colt's random encounters with Tim Gutterson. I anticipate a lot more collateral damage before that dog is put to sleep.

He's a much more interesting psycho to watch than Quarles from last season, too.

Seeing the sh*t he has recently would chill anyone

Okay. I did not see that coming.

"Drew Goddamn Thompson"

Spoiler:
Shelby's talk with Ellen May earlier about pretending to be something long enough that you actually become it was kind of a giveaway for me.

Looking forward to Raylan doing his best Ben Shockley impression in next week's episode.

Ugh, don't compare it to that movie. The Gauntlet was terrible, and I'm an Eastwood fanboy.

Amazon Prime is hooking me up, too:) I just started watching this show (have watched 2 eps so far) and am definitely enjoying it.

I like this show so much, I'm temporarily changing my icon.

Yeah. Tuesday's show was just great. Anyone know how many episodes remain in this season?

Three or four? I think three.

Art's bad ass speech was golden.

I think there are thirteen episodes for the season, leaving three left.

Indeed.

I was surprised they slipped a Supernatural reference into Jim Beaver's lines ("Balls!"). Fun stuff. I really hope they give a good reason for not calling in a chopper for the next episode.

He just needs to call Raylan an "idjit".

Okay. That rocked.

Constable bob is a bad man when it gets down to it.

I feel so f*cking John Wayne after watching Justified.

Apparently people at work are growing tired of my folksy wisdom and use of the term 'pilgrim.'

"Nancy Drew?"

"Lucky you stabbed her in the foot last time... thinking ahead."

I just fcuking LOVE the dialog in this show.

"Dr. Drew like on the TV?" about had me waking my roommates with my mirth.

Apparently Patton Oswald is funny even while getting his face kicked in.

"Drewbacca, huh?"

"Yeah, it just came out"

This most recent episode is probably one of my favorites so far of the season. Especially the Boyd v. Raylan & Colt v. Tim scenes.

The scene between Augustine, Ava, and Cousin Johnny was one of the best ever. LOVED it, loved the final line: "Yep, I can see why you like her."

I liked the phone conversation between Tim and Colt better. The way they both left certain things very obviously unsaid was genius.
